My wife was having surgery at a hospital located 50 miles from our home. The follow-up visit was scheduled for the next day so driving home after the day surgery just didn't make sense. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were well cared for. Many thanks for their help and thoughtfulness.

The exterior and location were attractive, the front desk was helpful. The water faucet only had only cold water & towels were paper thin. Hotel was attractive from the front. We checked in late, the front door was locked. Room was clean, but not business class, or vacation quality. Last minute OK.

I stayed at that place for 6 months,had problems from they over charge me to getting my room clean,was onllyone person on the staff that was helpful lady name is xxx ,other than that would never tay there again,it was a nightmare.

We were disappointed with the room as the window wouldn't lock due to being installed improperly. The shower had mold around the top of the stall where it meets the wall.The amenities were sparse. We wouldn't recommend staying here for any extended amount of time. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for dining.

The room was comfortable,clean and the hotel location quite accessible by short drive to most of the amenities, such as the catholic church,shopping and business center in Bellevue.

Hotel personell were friendly, but the interior was dirty, I arrived late, and had to be ""Buzzed in"", and there was a bullet proof screen down over the desk, (not welcoming). My room reeked of smoke, and the dishes were not clean, the carpet was burned from cigarettes, and the furniture was shabby. In addition, it was hard to find.

I've stayed many times at the Extended Stay America and it is always good value for money. Each room has a kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffeee maker and utensils, etc. They don't service the room every day, but will do so on request, which suits me very well. When staying for a week or two the facilites they offer over a normal hotel room are very good.

this hotel was very dirty last time we visited. there was debris in the elevators and the hallways some kind of unknown white substance that was there night we checked in as well as during the next morning. bathroom was dingy and had not been thoroughly cleaned and bath drain would not drain. Gross!

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Noisy room overlooked freeway. Window didn't close completely. Sheets thin & course. Also the sheets with very thin & scratchy so I didn't get a very good night's sleep.

Noisy needs complete remodel staff had friends hanging out at the front desk. I had 2 men open my door due to front desk giving them a key to my room accidentally. Normally Extended Stay would be a 2 star, however this one was in need of complete remodel. The room smelled and the sheets had stains and the bedspread was dirty, lamps were falling apart and tub hardware.

Location. Hard bed! Snowed and walkway not cleared. Husband slipped and fell. Unusual for snow in Seattle, but should have some prep for sidewalks, curbs. My husband fell off the curb not being able to see it and into a pile of snow. Luckily he was not injured. Staff did only the most necessary things. Did not go out of the way for anything. I think the snow paralyzed them, even though they were inside.
