Clean and cozy. Toilet would not flush. Good, clean rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient for our business, close to resorts and restaurants. Always try to stay an Extended Stay America.

Great deal for the Priceline price. The bed was a little too hard. Great stay for the price, well kept property, clean room, friendly staff, and nice location.

Plenty of space, the table with the light and plug-ins. The difficulty I had with the Internet connection. This hotel is decent, clean and comfortable, and economical for business travelling. I'd recommend this chain to anyone.

Courtyard is excellent but the Extended Say America is just OK.

Upscale area, quiet, scenic, friendly staff. If you are looking for upscale, friendly, quiet and economical hotel then you have found it here in Scottsdale.

Full-size fridge! Front desk was a little snippety. The room was clean and impressive for an inexpensive hotel, and the area was nice with a good selection of restaurants and things to do. I'll definitely be looking for this hotel chain for future stays on a budget.

No ice machine, only 2 pillows, no extras, no shampoo. No ice machine, only 2 pillows, no shampoo.

It was the most affordable of all choices. It was difficult to find as there was no clear signage for it from the main road. It's alright for a last minute trip or for someone who just needs a place to rest his or her head if you don't have to spend too much time in the actual room. The best thing about the room is the kitchenette, which makes it feel like home. However, no shampoo or conditioner was provided and the bar soap that was there was below average. The toilet was stained and it was difficult to find, because the address listed on the web is for a company next door. There are no clear signs for the hotel until you're right in front of the main entrance which is on the backside of the hotel. Anyway, it wasn't awful, but it wasn't as good as another Extended Stay I've stayed at in the past.

No park and fly ability. The hotel is in Scottsdale in a safe area. It is close to many restaurants and stores. It is good for a business traveler as it has a kitchen, clean, pleasant room and adequate space. The rooms seem to primarily have one queen size bed. It has ample parking. It is about 1/2 hour from the airport but does not have a shuttle to the airport or the ability to park and fly. It has all the necessities and things are easy to use.

The kitchen set up and the comforters of home in a small room. Everything was great. We went to Scottsdale for Spring Training baseball and while not super close to the park it was within driving distance and a nice place to stay. We will definitely be going back.

Attractive exterior. Unfriendly staff; additional charges. The facility has an attractive well-kept newer exterior located within a retail and office setting. The office in what looks like one of the hotel rooms and is pretty bare bones. This is a four story facility served by only one elevator, so it's a little inconvenient if you don't happen to be close to the elevator. They charge an extra $4/stay hook-up fee for Internet. We needed to fax some documents and there was a $1/page charge to send and/or receive faxes), so we just waited until the next day's stay which was at a Marriott (Internet is free and they didn't even charge me for receiving and faxing a 20 page document from/to Washington D.C.- what a difference between the two facilities!). If you are a business traveler, I would not recommend this motel chain.

Location. Lots of restaurants/stores in vicinity. Outdoor room access, I had to fix the toilet flushing system. Great location. Close to restaurants and the resort district of Scottsdale. Good bargain for the price paid. Nearby shopping and bars. Not close to old town Scottsdale or Mill Ave. Close to 101 Loop. No amenities other than kitchenette. Good place to stay if on tight budget.

Pretty clean. Hard beds, very uncomfortable. The hotel was OK.

Cheap. Dirty and small. This hotel is deceiving. It looks like it is a quality hotel, but it is not. It is hard to find, many problems with maintenance, no Pool, no real amenities. Overall the experience was poor.

The price was awesome and hotel staff was very prompt, helpful, and courteous. Hard bed, and the hotel was hard to find. There should sign directing the direction of the hotel. I recommend softening the bed. Having an onsite laundry facility was convenient, but $1 was a bit much- 50 cents would probably encourage more traffic. Over all our stay was fine.

Like the Nature of Hotel, No disturbance. Having to get basics like towels etc by oneself. In all hotel is a good place to stay independently when on a visit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. The only thing I don't like is than checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Rather than 12:00 p.m. My staff at this hotel was very comfortable. And I would recommend it to others.

I got a handicapped room, which meant it was huge and in a corner of the hotel. The damned key cards the 70's called, it wanted its access to hotel rooms back! Compounding the horrible traffic in the phoenix area, it took me another 30-45 minutes on Scottsdale road to realize that the hotel is set far back from the road and is behind a Shell Gas Station. The hotel is big enough and modern enough something I couldn't complain about, given the price I paid for it. But she gave me these key cards I haven't seen these frigid' things in years. I thought they banned these things a decade ago! so it's no surprise that I took another 5-10 repeatedly sticking the card in and out till it seemed to finally work, and even then I had to push down really hard on the door handle to open it. Seeing that it's an accessible/corner room, I liked the space, but I didn't like that it was on the ground floor and on the side closest to the noisy gas station/car wash. I turned on the TV; it was too quiet, so hit the volume up button, and it was so loud! That I had to turn it off. And then I turned on the bathroom light and heard the whooshing of the fan. There is no separate switch for the fan; whenever I had to turn on the light, I had to hear the fan. Finally, the refrigerator door was stuck. Everything else worked fine, and in particular I appreciated the low rack imbedded between the front door and the TV. Still, I was peeved enough with the location of the room and the not perfect TV that I requested a room change. They didn't have empty rooms that night, and I was too lazy to come back tomorrow to check, so I kept it. I got used to the key card and leaning in to the TV. All in all, I was satisfied given the steal I paid for this room. But if I were traveling on business, this place would be a joke.

The hotel was great. NA. The hotel was great; the location was not anywhere near where we wanted it to be. We were very disappointed in the service. We did not appreciate it at all. Not a good weekend
