The room was great,but the Mattress had spots on it that was a little set back,to bad their is no Restaurant in the Hotel. The Hotel Staff was very friendly.

Extended stay for people on a budget . Very friendly, nice grounds. Refrigerator went out .They didn't change it . With exception of the refrigerator incident all other things were great . Especially the Priceline price .

Large rooms. Small bathrooms which are not well lit. Would stay there again. So close to freeway without all the noise.

Easy access to freeway. A bit run-down, unpleasant cooking and pet odors. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it's good forfamily. Given a choice, however, I would probably not stay here again.

Quite comfortable room with good HVAC system. Did not have Fox News on their cable tn. Solid Hotel in safe area and a good value for the money if you use "Name Your Own Price".

The room was large. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Beds were very hard, carpet was dirty, couch was badly stained. Staff was very nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had ants. The staff is very willing to try new things to help each traveler. From switching rooms to giving us an extra room to accomadate, they did all they could to meet our needs.

I liked having a kitchenette in my room. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Except for the fact that the hallways need some upgrading, the hotel was absolutely wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

They gave me a room at comfort suites next door. They were under construction, so they gave me a room at Comfort Suites next door. Comfort Suites was absolutely wonderful. Pool, Jacuzzi, and breakfast cooked to order. Very comfortable beds, and plenty of room. Also an upscale bathroom with garden tub. My ratings were for Comfort Suites.

Location was good. The hotel was filthy, smelled like smoke, disgusting. I would never recommend going to this hotel. It is a place for transients and homeless people to stay. It smelled like stale cigarette (as well as active cigarette) smoke. Stains on the carpet, hard bed, just disgusting.

Front desk lady was very nice. Burns on carpet. We only stayed Friday and Saturday. Beds were to small. My husband is six two.

Clean, excellent location and friendly staff. No pool. I return to San Dimas occasionally to see my doctor. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The location was ideal and amenities were convenient. There was no hairdryer in the room; there were not any Kleenex/cups. This was a nice place to stay being that it was in a convenient location, the refrigerator and other appliances were a plus. I was not aware that the rooms were not cleaned daily, so that was a bit of a surprise. Most hotel rooms have hairdryers and this room did not. Overall this was a good place to stay and I would recommend it to others.

The outside looked nice and well maintained. The hall carpets were a wreck, the front desk employee was not available. I went to stay at this hotel because I am at the end of my pregnancy and my home is not air conditioned. I wanted to get away somewhere close to home, yet where I could hopefully get a comfortable nights rest. I was disappointed. the hall carpets were filthy dirty, kitchens were poorly stocked, and the two times I went to the front desk I waited 5 to 10 minutes for someone to even make an appearance. My wait for check in was ten minutes, and when the clerk arrived, he was nowhere near apologetic for the wait. At check in the clerk came from the elevators, so who knows where he was and at check out the clerk came from some back room, very oblivious to the fact that there were 3 guests waiting for service.

Location. Nearby restaurants. No shampoo, no hair dryer, no decaff coffee. This is a motel 6 quality room in a nicer exterior building. Quality of room/beds etc is Motel 6.

Each room had a kitchenette. They gave us a room with two beds no cost. The room stunk of smoke and air conditioner wasn't very cold. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel had a kitchenette. No Pool. Dining very close. The room very quiet.
