Staff was friendly. Homeless were allowed to sleep in lobby.

The comfortableness and economic value, great place to stay without killing the pocket book. Even thought the star rating given for this hotel is classified as a 2.5 which is moderate, it should be given a full 3. This place is not luxury, nor is it a spa. However, what it is a place you can call home when you are away from home.

Nothing. Hotel was not clean to my expectations. Dirty carpet, and hallways soiled. I was unhappy with this hotel. I would not stay here again when I next stay in Roseville. The staff here was nice - no complaint there at all. But the hotel was unsatisfactory and didn't meet its star I expected.

Great location near stores -Best Buy, AJ Wright, Kroger, Bed Bath Beyond etc. Staff a bit disgruntled. I asked for a non-smoking room and was given one. The staff is not very responsive. The night staff was rude (inconsiderate) when I checked in.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my controlI was not able to benefit from my reservation last week. But I have stayed at the same hotel before and was satisfied in all areas. Thank you -Priceline - and your hotel partners for agreat program.

Kitchen area was very convenient, security. Lack of luggage carts. This was a good choice for a one night stay while visiting relatives. I didn't need a pool or an exercise room. The kitchen in the room made it easy to have a quick breakfast or snack with the foods that I chose to bring along for a special diet.

Location. Condition of the room. The television was at a level below the height of the bed and could not be seen. There were burn holes in the blanket and pillows in a non smoking room. The comforter was covered with hair which transferred to the sheets and pillow cases. The rug emitted and foul odor.

Nothing! Horrible service, dirty, uncomfortable, and unaccommodating. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The carpets are very dirty, the non smoking room smelled like smoke and the rooms are not comfortable.

The staff. No dish detergent in room. Could have been cleaner. For price, it was better than I was afraid it would be. The staff was nice and helpful. Sheets and blankets had holes and burn marks even though we were in a non-smoking room. It would be nice for them to separate them. Overall, it served the purpose we needed it to.

Absolutely nothing. Worn out carpets; no shampoo; old mattress; security risk, etc. The hotel is located in an economic depressed area and seems to be used to facility section 8a housing.

Price. Pillows were like bricks, no soaps/shampoos, staff was not helpful. If you merely want a bed to sleep in, with a good price and a kitchenette so you can save on groceries, then it's for you.

It was pretty on both the outside and inside. It was kind of out of the way for what I wanted, but centrally located otherwise.
