Price, bed toppers, staff. Heat was wall unit, couldn't find comfortable temperature. It was a clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I brought my elderly, handicapped dad with me and they got us a room near the elevator. A little off the "Strip" of Reno, but the drive wasn't that far. It was well worth the price. We'll stay again.

It was real clean. The bed was real hard like laying on the box springs. Clean, quiet and comfortable except for the bed that was the only problem other than that it was great.

Loved the kitchen in the room! Carpet in hallways was stained. Great value for an overnight trip or an extended stay! Close to a grocery store so you can actually buy food to cook in the kitchen in your room. Fridge was apartment size, not just dorm room size! Great part of town, very safe. Staff was wonderful.

Clean, secure, pleasant staff, nice room amenities. Mattress was hard as a rock. Clean, professional business class hotel. Not the most convenient location for tourists, but easy access to the freeway. Obviously intended for extended stay business travel. Nice kitchen units. Staff was friendly (a tendency to get chatty with patrons and fellow staff that teetered between welcoming and unprofessional. I thrice encountered clutches of employees yakking away with each other and or guests in the middle of a hallway or entrance, though they always offered a polite greeting and semi-apology for being in the way). I would recommend even slightly softer mattresses. I had a short but pleasant stay.

The room was very clean. The air conditioning wasn't effective. This was a nice place to stay except for one substantial glitch - the air conditioning wasn't effective, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep because of it.

It was clean and staff was friendly, there were a couple ofnegative comments I worried about, however, I had no issues at check-in and had a clean room. No automatic check-out I was ready to check out at 5:30am, but had to wait until 7. The hotel puts you 10-15 minutes from any of the hotel/casinos along Virgina is close to the Summit outdoor shopping mall and there's a coffee shop, Subway, and pub all within very close walking proximity.

Contains a full kitchen. My room was not clean. The hotel looks fine but my room was not properly cleaned. The bedding had numerous hairs from the previous guests and the garbage can was not emptied when we got in the room. I should have complained about that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were hard, but that is being fixed. The room was clean. Not to far from the casinos. Easy to get to. Will definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed the kitchen and fridge at no additional charge. Nothing. Everything was great. Would not have paid the rack rate, however did get my value for the price paid. Would recommend to family and friends and consider for my next trip.

Rooms were spacious. Poor elevator service, also only one bed in the room. Would have preferred two beds. As we get older we prefer not to breathe in each others face. Easy location and close to restaurants and shopping. Not too far from down town Reno.

This is one best hotel I stayed in last two years. Hotel people made the issue about extension of night that I already got. I gave them the hotel confirmation number, then they agreed. Ambience is excellent, hotel is very clean and is the best hotel I stayed in last two years. Except the issue they made to extend the night, I am completely satisfied with this hotel.
