Although the price was very low, the experience was so disappointing it was not worth what we did pay. There were no hangers in the room at all. No mirror except a small one in the bathroom There was no luggage cart available to help get our bags up to the second floor. There was only one comfortable chair in the room. The linens were of very poor quality and worn and the towels were skimpy. The location was excellent since we were visiting folks in the area near by. There were moderate restaurants in the area as well.

Air conditioning worked well. Staff, decor andeverything. Will never stay there again.

Dirty, smelly bed and linens, dated rooms, creepy guests, no breakfast, unattentive staff (chatting on the phone ignoring calls). Completely lousy hotel. I checked and moved to the Comfort Inn in West Chester, PA (which is very nice).

Comfortable, roomy, great value. Mall and some good restaurants nearby (Macaroni Grill & a local/somewhat upscale pub with great service). If you want fancy this is not it - otherwise a fine choice.

Location. No king size bed, no pool. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel shows signs of wear not consistent with it's age. Even though the rooms have refrig/Freezer, and ice machine would have been nice.

This place was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful though a better knowledge of the local area would have assisted. It was convenient for public transport as well which was a bonus as I didn't have a car

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. I had to check-in late. The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful, even taking time (though she was closing the front desk as I arrived) to help me figure a way to get my multiple, and very heavy, luggage in, and up to my room. The room came with a full kitchenette that could easily suffice for up to four people, or so. There was even an apartment-size (not the very small, office-size, as found in most hotel rooms)refrigerator, as well as, a 4-burner stove. Upon request, I chose a room with one bed. In addition to the well equiped kitchenette, it had an iron and ironing board and additional subtle, but helpful items, like a coffee pot with coffee, tea bags, and ice cubes in the freezer, etc. I also didn't notice any annoying or negative loitering or unruly guests, as sometimes encountered in many economically priced hotels. They also allow pets. My only complaint would be that the staff working the next morning were not very helpful. It was easy to see that I was in a fierce battle with my luggage, while trying to get it from my room back to my car. I know that the young man working noticed my struggle, because he was happy to hold a door, but failed to offer any help with carrying, or loading, all of my heavy and cumbersome luggage, including a cat.

Close to meeting I was attending. The lights in the parking garage did not work. Overall it was clean and all I needed for the night. It was nothing fancy but was very comfortable.

The room smelled of smoking, eventhough room was ""no Smoking. Bed was uncomfortable--too hard and no extra blankets were in room. They have no one at the desk after 11pm.

Easy access off of Interstate. I was pleased with the hotel and room. The location was very convenient, staff courteous, and room comfortable.

Nice kitchen/bath. Bed bugs and bedding was not crisp/clean. The hotel seemed clean but I was bitten by something multiple times in the room. Must have been bed bugs because I woke up with these very red raised bites and they itch like crazy. Had to go to the doctor when I returned home. The room was also very dusty.

Location. Drab. This hotel is in a good location. Other than that you cannot say much positive about it. On the other hand, there are not many negatives except that it would be good if they did wake-up calls.

This hotel was convenient to Starbucks in the morning and a shopping mall across the street. The TV was very small. The hotel was great, clean carpets relatively comfortable bed on no weird odors. Situated far enough from the freeway that the noise was non existent. The one thing I did have a problem with was that I found a disgusting used tampon lodged in between the box spring and bed frame when I pulled back the sheets. I was just happy it was my last night.

Affability, location. Would have been nice to be able to walk on the carpet in my bare feet without getting filthy feet.

Room was clean. Lousy staffing, no one available after hours. I arrived after standard hours and found the door locked. A notice said to dial a certain number on the house phone located near the door to obtain access.I repeatedly dialed the number and get no answer. I was about to give up and sleep in my car (since knocking on the door also produced no result), when I decided to try dialing 0 as well. That line was answered and someone finally appeared to let me in. It was scary and extremely disheartening to be left in a cold vestibule for 15 minutes or longer thinking that I had no way to get to my prepaid room for the night. Wouldn't use this hotel again.

Clean and convenient. Some guests were very rowdy. Hotel reeks of smoke.

Hotel closes front desk at 11:00pm, I arrived at11:45PM. Get there before 11:00PM! I had to call an emergency number for someone to let me in. I only waited 10 minutes, but it was a bit disconcerting standing outside. Otherwise an adequate bed, toilet & shower.
