the hotel was very inexpensive, i forgot to look up if it had a pool so i was sol and just hungout in my room. the hotel is at a great location there are plenty of restaurants around and plenty of stores too...dont have ur girl friend stay with u here since theres a bunch of jewelry stores around jk

Absolutely nothing. No maid service, no food, take out your own garbage. I have never stayed at an Extended Stay so maybe I expected to much. I will never stay at one again. They don't even do wake up calls, no maid service. You have to take your towels down to the front desk to get new ones. You take out your own garbage. You have to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper and soap. It really is not worth themoney. Just a terrible experience.

Extended Stay Suites in Peoria is in a great location and the staff were friendly. Clean enough, good TV and having a kitchen was great. Excellent AC unit and the shower was terrific. Yet, the beds were tiny (Full, not queen) and the hallways and our room stunk of cigarette smoke beyond belief. It never subsided and it trashed our sinuses, as it will for non-smokers. It was a stench that never went away and for that reason, we'll stay elsewhere next time. Sorry.

Staff friendly, rooms very simple but clean, no aminities in room. Arrived late, no shampoo, hair dryer, lotion etc.

Homey, comfortable, nicely laid out room with a small kitchen and refrigerator. There was no house keeping services for our room for the length of time we stayed. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again but I would bring my own shampoo, pillows and personal items normally offered in regular hotels.

A nice quiet place to stay in a nice area. Good restaurants on the main road. Not an exciting place to stay if you are looking for a resort atmosphere, but great if you are on business or looking for a place for an extended period of time with kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time

If you want a hotel that only provides an unmaid bed, this is it.

Location. Don't clean the rooms during stay - must go to office for towels. It was convenient to many attractions (I was there for baseballs Spring Training). Liked the kitchenette feature (although didn't cook - but good to have). I would stay again.

if room was cleaned before last guest would have been great

We had a problem at this particular hotel. The first night, we found the reefer in the room had no handles on the doors and it made a very loud noise. Also, the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud, and they said it could not be fixed. The next several days we had no hot water due to a water heater problem. It took a total of three days to get the parts to fix the problem. After several complaints, they gave us a one night future stay coupon. I think they could have done a much better job notifying all the guests at the hotel of the water heater problem, and thought it took too long to get it fixed. They also replaced the reefer the following day after our arrival.

This hotel does not provide fresh linens or maid service it staying 3 days. If you want fresh towels you need to go to the front desk.

VERY hard mattress!!Room not adequately cleaned from last guest; found hairpins on floor.Other motels offer free breakfast, daily cleaning, free coffee, free Internet, etc. for same price.Only reason this was chosen was location and available rooms.

Room and staff were above expectations. I had a great experience after being skeptical from on-line comments. Staff, were outstanding in their service. Room was all I expected. I am used to time shares, so the limited room service was not a problem. My one concern was a misunderstanding of long distance phone call service and while I learned never to use the room phones again, it soured me from returning to your hotel again next year for my spring training trip, as I don't appreciate. Too bad as it spoiled an otherwise excellent experience. I hope this can be passed on to the hotel chain.

It was located near lots of shopping and dining. Extended Stay hotels are very consistent with cleanliness. You know what you're getting and so far I have not been disappointed. This location was perfect - within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants and stores.

Convenient location. Nothing. This hotel was in the perfect location with tons of shopping and restaurants very close.

Close to lots of good dining options. Rooms were a little dirty. Needed to be updated. Room was large with a good desk area. Kitchen area very nice for longer stays. Room was old and needed to be updated. Carpet had a couple of bad stains. Overall very good for the money.

Clean, kitchen had all necessary items. No breakfast, no shampoo or hair dryer, bed not very comfortable. This would be fine for someone staying a few days if they bought their own groceries and toiletries, but for just an overnight, it did not meet our expectation.
Date of Stay:

Convient location. No room service, bed very uncomfortable. The room was just alright, the staff was friendly, offered no room service. The bed was one of the worst that I have slept in for quite sometime. I dislike a flat sheet on the bottom that pulls out and is at the bottom of the bed in the AM. Bad mattress's.

Clean, quiet and good location. No free coffee. Nice room, quiet and close to everything.
Date of Stay:

Nothing. The rooms were out dated, only one elevator, no pool, lighting was awful. This is a very dingy, out dated hotel. I would more likely call it a motel. The halls are narrow, with large gaps between the door and floor on every room. You can hear what's going on in every room by walking the hall. Half the lights in the room didn't work, and the ones that did barely gave off light. Views of parking lots and stores. They only give you two flat pillows, and the closet is just wire shelving. The kitchen area shelves look like garage shelving.
