The Extened Stay Suites America Lexington (Patchen Village) was fairly comfortable but roomier than I expected. The bed itself was large and the room also had a small kitchen which was nice. Those are good things, the not so good things were items like the actual Room Number....it was on the floor infront of the door of the room. That was kind of odd....also the employee at check-in did not acknowledge my girlfriend (she checked in for us, and the manager was on his cell phone), that was unacceptable. If you have any problems throughout your stay there, you'll have to deal with the ONE manager/employee at the front desk. I should also note that what you received as extra space in the bed/sitting area, you lose in the bathroom, for it was VERY small. But my girlfriend and I had a decent stay there. Definitely a place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower

Friendly, helpful staff. Hard to locate(sign too small). Good value, overall good hotel.

I liked the area of the hotel, as close to main spots in Lexington and a cheap price. Can't beat it.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Poor overall quality. Hotel was very difficult to find. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly - the only highlight of the stay. Hotel only offers single bed rooms which didn't accommodate our family very well. Air conditioner did not work, room was hot, smelled, and the hotel was very noisy - nobody in our room got a good nights rest.

The entrance was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly. The rooms looked like they needed some work. Shelves were crooked, etc. It was what you would expect for a 1 star hotel. Maybe a little above as it did have a nice pool. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to main roads. There were plenty of stores and amusement close by.

Spacious room clean. Noisy. Hotel was fine but had a problem with room noise. The folks above paced back and forth, back and forth all night long, they floor squeaked with every step. Why in the world would some walk that much in a hotel room. It was not a party, just 1-2 people who could not set still was pure misery, we tried background noise with the AC, tried to get static on a TV channel but that would not work. We were up at midnight, 4 a.m. 5 am. Was crazy.

Quite, just off the main drag. Pool Closed. I was very disappointed to find out the pool was closed, and on a holiday weekend especially. Depending on who you ask, as to why, they had several different reasons. The best answer I got was the fence had caught on fire, and was being repaired. I think that no one really gave a $ it, and made no special effort, to see that the pool was opened and ready for the holiday weekend. It sure was disappointing to look out my window and see a great pool; with a gate locked for no reason other than they needed to paint a spot on the fence. Needless to say I will not be back!

Nothing. Refer to Number 12. It was in a good location but remodeling must come soon or no one will want to stay.

Very good price. Room a little worn. Nice hotel for the price. Convenient to restaurants and main road. Friendly staff.

The friendliness of all the staff that I met. Constantly dripping taps, extremely noisy refrigerator. Value for money, definitely.

The staff. It was very dirty and in a bad location. It was an overall terrible experience.

It was quiet and clean and we liked having a kitchen to use. The check in person didn't seem to know what he was doing, tried to charge me again for the room. A nice place to stay, but a little out of the way. Most of the staff was helpful; however, some were under trained and not very knowledgeable. The overall experience was pleasant.

Location was very good. Room smells funny, like smoke, even though I asked for non smoking room. Good location and friendly service.

The kitchen was convenient. The halls were full of trash and smelled at times.

The kitchen and bar were nice. Room was dirty, in poor shape, and ought not to be considered of 2-star quality. Hotel had potential, but is quite dated and dirty. The pool area is nice, as is the neighborhood it is located in. However, it is a few streets off the beaten path making it not as accessible as other hotels.

Great location. The only thing was mold on my shower curtain. The front desk was very nice an helpful, great location for Lexington, lobby was nice had a TV! My room was quiet, but it had a little ware an tare not that much of a big deal, bathroom shower curtain had mold on the button, but over all I for sure would come back to this hotel anytime.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms need updated. This hotel should not be listed as a 2 star. Very deceptive.
