While the room and hotel were very clean, I found the room to be sparce on amenities and uncomfortable. The bed was very hard and the pillows very flat and extra pillows were not available. This was my first stay at a Extended Stay American hotel and it will be my last. I think you can find much better hotels for the same or slightly more money.

Great kitchenette and windows opened for fresh air.

Do not stay here unless you have previous experience sleeping on sidewalks, kitchen floors, or bricks. The bed is beyond being just slightly uncomfortable. Just to be certain I asked an unknown man in the elevator if his bed was hard too. His reply "yep, mine is Hard as a rock". There wasn't any extra blankets or towels that could improve the softness of the bed. At one point in the night I went to sleep in the chair, I found it better than the bed. I would not stay here again.

It was great to be able to pick up some groceries and be able to save money on eating out. The suite was roomy and pleasant to just stay in for the evening and relax after a busy day.

It had a fully stocked kitchen, which was incredible! It had absolutely no amenities. If all you wanted was a room, it was great - but I was looking for a cheap getaway. The hotel is very clean, and is probably best for business travelers. It doesn't offer any special amenities like a pool, but it does have a fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, silverware, etc. As the name states, it's best for Extended Stays.

The beds were rock hard, and room was very noisy -- between the heater turning on and off and the refrigerator running it was hard to get any sleep. The registration/front desk closes at 11pm and there is supposed to be someone available, but when we called to report an issue in the parking lot, no one answered the call. I called twice and let it ring over 30 times, but no response.

NOT for the luxury experience. But the BEST for individuals and families that need a SAFE place to stay for days or weeks. Very clean, inexpensive, lots of room, and full kitchen with dishes, pans. No ammenities saves you money and everything you could need is close by. Malls, entertainment, downtown scene, theaters, and family activities all within a couple of miles. Sooo many restaurants in the area. Three parks with trails and lakes, boating, shopping, and recreational opportunities are within minutes.

Convenient. Bed was horrible! Woke up many times. I will never use it again because the bed was so bad. I woke up a number of times in pain and ended up getting up over an hour early because of discomfort due to an extremely hard an uncomfortable bed.

Liked the kitchen set-up & wireless internet was nice surprise. Mattress on bed was hard and not so comfortable. We had stayed at a Travel America in another city a few years ago and it wasn't too clean, bad location, took a while to find someone to let us in after hours, etc. So we were very pleasantly surprised to find this hotel, super clean, and perfectly located to our destination (less than 3 miles), and extremely courteous and helpful people at the front desk.

Very clean rooms and nice to have a full kitchen. This hotel met all my expectations. Just what I was looking for.

Liked the refrigerator and microwave. Very easy to get to. Very creaky bed. The hotel is not fancy, but fine for an inexpensive stay with family or as a business person.

Convenience. Friendly staff. Uncomfortable. Sparse. Convenient location and friendly staff. Room, however, left something to be desired. Uncomfortable beds and shabby furnishings.

Nothing. Everything. Beds were like sleeping on the box spring. You had to go down to the desk to get a hair dryer and shampoo. Rooms were not clean.

Very clean, inside entry and everything. Very nice and clean.

Very convenient for the church convention attended. Only one bed and two blow ups for three adult women. This hotel is very clean and easily found from the interstate. The non smoking room did not smell of smoke, only the hall way.

It was snowing very hard to enter on a step hill. Beds were hard as a rock. No shampoo. It was very hard to enter parking area, it was snowing with a lot of ice. The hotel sits on top of a hill and parking area very limited due to snow. Also the beds were as hard as a rock and now shampoo in the room.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, good customer service, quiet rooms, all have small kitchen area for convenient longer-term stays. In all, a very positive place to stay with fair prices.

Great value, nice kitchenete and great overall experience. Towels felt cheap, but most hotels do. I stay at this hotel every time i'm in Olympia.Great room for the price. Highly recommended for business travelers who just need a room to sleep in.

Kitchen facilities. Lobby doors not automatic andpoorly designed.

Staff and common areas seemed fine. I had numerous concerns about the cleanliness of the room and linens. While I've stayed at this chain in two other locations without incident, the lack of cleanliness in the room at the Tumwater location was disturbing. The blanket, carpet and shower curtain were soiled by bodily fluids, toenail clippings and dirt respectively. And the walls were smeared with many bloody boogers.
