the rooms were kind of old and dirty. there was a hole in the sink. the shower curtain made me dizzy due to the pattern. the housekeeping kept knocking on the door even though it wasn't time for check out. the phone was not wiped down/unsanitary.

Just a regular hotel that was very difficult to get in and out of. There was only a tiny outer road located on a one-way street that you could use to get to the hotel. But the hotel was close to the hospital and the mall.

I stayed there for 6 weeks and it was a struggle to get housekeeping services to come once a week. The bathroom didn't get cleaned unless I complained. They obviously did not clean very well in between customers because there was hair (not mine) all over the bathroom. The carpet and furniture were stained. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on plywood. Very pet friendly but huge amounts of animal excrement littered the grounds. Ashtrays were emptied into flower beds. Towels smelled faintly of smoke and were stained. Need I say more?

centrally located, staff friendly

The room and bathroom were very clean. The mattress was not the best. This is a clean, safe hotel. If one is looking to pay rock bottom prices for a place to sleep and shower, Extended Stay will meet your expectations. If one is looking for amenities pay 3 or 4 more the $ and stay somewhere else. We have stayed here on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. However, in the spirit of complete disclosure, here are a couple of negatives I want to pass along. The mattresses are getting tired and the one we had should be replaced. When we entered the room, it smelled a little like body odor. We opened the window, turned up the AC and left. When we returned it was just fine.

Extended Stay America Oklahoma City-NW is definitely no-frills, but comfortable. You will get a clean room at a reasonable rate with a comfortable bed, a TV, a full-sized refrigerator, a stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, dishes and utensils, bath soap, and clean towels. You will NOT get coffee, shampoo/ conditioner, or a hair dryer. You need to be aware that you must bring these things with you if you want them. Note: a hair dryer was available to loan out at the desk, but supplies were limited. The room was no-smoking, but it was obvious that it had not always been so. You could smell it in the rooms and in the hallways, so if you're sensitive, beware.

this hotel was a great choice. the room was nice and clean and very comfortable. the location is great and close to many shopping/dinning businesses. the bathroom, kitchen, beds and the room overall were very well kept and clean. i would definately stay there again.

It had a fridge. Cleanliness and hospitality. There was hair under my sheets when we turned the sheet over, they did apologize and took care of it quickly. I went with several family member and they did not keep us near each other or on the same floor or even try to accommodate after asking. The outside door wasn't working on the side and it was somewhat of a problem.

I loved the ability to set the temperature in the room by degrees instead of just Hi, Med and Lo. The bed was firm (I like that) and the pillows were flat (I always bring my own). There was enough room for me to do my work and accessable outlets for personal use which was nice. I did not get kicked off of their internet service in the evening. Their staff was pleasant and answered questions that I had but did not offer information unless I asked. I actually stayed twice within the same week, once on the 2nd floor and once on the 3rd floor. The smoking floor (3rd) left my clothes smelling like smoke even after I left. The 2nd floor had no smoke smell. They allow pets and I could only hear them bark when I was in the hallway, not from my room (it was at least 2 doors away from mine).

This was my first time staying at an Extended Stay, and it was so worth it. The hotel staff was excellent and very accomadating. The room was very clean and tidy. The rooms are very spacious, with plenty of room for your luggage. The kitchenette is an added bonus for those who do not wish to eat out all the time during their stay. I will continue to book, if available, with an Extended Stay on any of my trips in the future.

Friendly staff, and conveniently located. Halls smelled like cigarette smoke. Good for the price, pleasant staff. Hotel is tough to find for first timer. Not visible from road.

"Beds extremely hard. Not geared to tourist as the rooms were not cleaned, much less freshened. Two cups were provided but no dishwashing soap was provided to clean them with. Front desk did not provide paper cups. We were told that the air conditioner would cycle off depending on the temperature outside ?? not based on the temperature in the room. "

Extended Stay America in Oklahoma City was a nice and welcome addition to our list of hotel stays while in the Oklahoma City area. We loved it because we have a one year old and the kitchen was perfect for washing her bottles, sippy cups, etc. and for storing our drinks, formula, etc. The location is somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city, even though it's still in the midst of such. The room was clean, quiet, and checking in and out was easy with no hassle. The hotel is also right off the freeway, close to a shopping center, and just as close to many restaurants.

Kitchenette was a plus. Did not smell cigarette smoke anywheres. It was very hard to find at first. The staff was extremely friendly. They greeted you every time you walked in or out. The rooms were clean and larger than most so you did not feel cramped up. They had a kitchenette and had a few dishes and pots for your use.

My room had a tiny tv., i walked in and the filter from the ac unit was out and i had to put it back in, the phone cord was taped with masking tape, and there were other things thats just to much to mention. i am a woman that was there by myself and was very uncomportable and concerned for safelty.i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had 2 wait 30 min to get checked in to our room. When we got to the hotel there was no one at the front desk. Waited for 15 min on someone to check us in. She was the only person working and there was a fire alarm going off on one of the floors so she was gone to check on the fire alarm. Showed up checked us in and then we got to our room the room key would not work.

It was a nice enough room, but the sheets were either stained or dirty. We did not get clean towels and next time I would stay elsewhere.

It was located in the Center of all activities we had planned. Very strong smell of smoke, not in room but in hallways. This was a great and inexpensive place to stay. We will consider this type of hotel at this kind of savings whenever we travel again.

We arrived at the hotel to check in an another man was at the counter with a gun shell he found in his room. The first room we were put in had a very loud refrigerator, and the bathtub was dirty. The second room was was a nonsmoking room but smelled like cigarette smoke and the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, she was the only thing I liked about this hotel. I would not stay here again.

I like the spacing of the room and the kitchen area. The beds were very uncomfortable and not sure sheets were that clean. Overall the hotel met my expectations except for the bed but general it was a very nice hotel and I would recommend it as well as stay again.
