i enjoyed my room and the staff was helpful and very courtious

Every part of the stay met expectations, withno surprises. It seemed that the window could not be locked. For our purposes (one overnight stay), this was the most effective and satisfying experience I can remember: stop, rest/sleep, and continue on the road the next morning in the simplest way possible... and all at an attractive value. Thanks.

We booked a Queen and were given a Full. Bathroom floor was sticky. Front of sink and doors look like someone had spilled powder or other white substance on them and someone wiped with off with wet towel. No elevator and we were on the third floor

The check-in was very easy, quick, plus very friendly receptionist. The room was clean, but dated. Had a kitchette for compfort also. Location was great and easy to all areas on the north side of town. It was a pleasant experience for us.

The Kitchen and Bath areas were very nice and roomy. The Lobby entrance was very strange. Not a very welcoming environment. Everything was very nice and clean. Just felt a little locked in. Kind of like entering a college dorm after hours.

Just a good place to stay. Smell from pets? Great hotel for those who use it to only sleep, and expect nothing else. No perks like a higher rated hotel. Came with a small kitchen. Odor was probably the most unattractive aspect. Unsure if pets being allowed in the hotel caused it. Staff was nice. No one is at the front desk when I left at 6 am, but a phone is there to call someone somewhere who can help, I guess.

Friendly staff. Poor maintenance of building. Same room was given to me in Nov and Jan Sad part is shower didn't work for the same reason both time. Staff offer to place me in another room.

It was close to the Interstate. Hard to find our way out in the morning, thank God we didn't need to leave in a hurry. The heater in the room didn't work right, controls were stripped. The room smelled like a basement which we were in.

Each room has kitchen and refrigerator. Mattress is hard, lousy pillows. This extended stay is fine for those who are tired of eating in restaurants and like to cook their own meal in their hotel room. Location is great, near freeway and lots of shopping (Walmart, Target, countless restaurants). Drearyness of the room isn't helped by the use of dim, energy-saving fluorescent lights and mattress and pillows leave a lot to be desired. Nevertheless, if you're staying more than a few nights and like a litte control over your meals, this is a good spot to say.
