Very efficient, private, I would stay there again. Undergoing remodeling, very little staff assistance. This was more than adequate for the price. It wasn't a property I would rave about but I certainly would stay there again.

The desk clerk who was there when I arrived was great! My room stunk from someone else's, bad cooking. This particular hotel is not easy to find as it is far from the main road that one must travel in order to get there. The outside is very pretty but my room should have been fumigated because the odor that was very evident upon opening the door was bad. Either someone did only Thai cooking or someone was a really bad cook. The smell was quite unpleasant. The other thing that puzzled me was that my room was a handicap accessible room, but it was on a level only accessible by stairs.

Very inexpensive and a nice stay. None. The hotel staff was wonderful and did not give me any problem what so ever. I would highly recommend the hotel I stayed in.

Well equipped kitchen: Full size refrigerator, stove with oven, toaster. Nothing. It's basic and utilitarian but comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was quiet on the weekend, seemed half full with leisure travelers. It's a little off the freeway and main drag at the edge of a residential area but close to shopping and services. I like being able to prepare my own food on the road so the fully equipped kitchen was the main advantage for me.

When I phoned the hotel to tell them I would be coming late evening, I only got automated responses to my call. I had to call the main office and look up the number and they told me that I needed to dial "o" right after the name of the hotel was announced. This was not clear on the recorded menu and was inconvenient for me.

Well equipped comfortable room with friendly competent staff. Bath towel hidden inside vanity. Everything was supplied for a 1 day or year long visit with none of the frills that I don't need and don't use. Parking was secure and well lit at night. Bath and bed clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient to city and suburbs in area as well as major access roads. Food, gas, and shopping all close by as well.

I appreciate the availability of a kitchen including a refrigerator. Unless you knew the hotel was there, you would never know it existed as there is no signage to direct you to the hotel from the main road. I had a hard time finding the hotel as there was no signage anywhere to direct you to it from the main road. When I finally did find the hotel, I was greeted pleasantly by the hotel clerk. As soon as I had key in hand, I went to my room and found it to be very comfortable. I was very surprised to find a fully equipped kitchen including dishes and pots and pans. Everything but food! The bed was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay again.

We had car trouble & the staff was extremely helpful finding us a convenient garage. Clean, quiet, very courteous and helpful staff and conveniently located.
