The room was spacious enough to accommodate me,my husband, and three year old. Third hotel did not have a pool. Overall good hotel just needs a pool.

"Hotel room was clean and adequate. Kitchen was enough to cook for 2 or 3 people. Rooms cleaned weekly with fresh linens and towels. Stayed 1 month plus while working in area. Laundry room was adequate and in good shape. Cold water was not cold enough, more than enough hot water. Highly recommend for extended stays of a week or more."

This hotel was overpriced for what I got. Hotel management was very unaccommodating and somewhat rude. Called ahead and asked for early check in at 12pm and was told that I could do so. Upon arrival to the front desk I was told check in was at 3pm and not before. Manager was quite rude about the situation, but did let us in our room after a 20 minute argument. The room was dated and bed hard but not so bad as to warrant leaving. Other hotels in the area were much nicer with better amenities for the same price. My recommendation stay at another place this one needs help!

Liked having kitchen. Bed lumpy. Wish there had been dish soap. Front desk very nice. Room clean but air temp hard to control & noisy.

Extended Stay America (Mount Pleasant) is a great place to stay based on amenities, cost, and location. I will probably stay there the next time that I go to Charleston, SC. One of the things that I really liked was the refrigerator/min-kitchen and desks/small office that was located in the same room as the bed and shower.

Friendly people, clean and comfortable.

"The location of this hotel is great - 10 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Other than that, the only other positive thing I can say is they have great water pressure and lots of hot water. Unfortunately, the rooms wreak of smoke - even the ""non-smoking"" rooms. They claim they can't help the smoke coming from other rooms via the bathroom fans! Even with windows open for 4 hrs, it still smelled! Would not recommend this room if you have smoke issues."

Location good for people 35+ years. Lack of room service.

The location was convenient. Horrible bed, overall uninviting. Would not choose to stay here again it was poor all the way around. Also had to pay for internet.

Not a thing. The would require more then 20 words! When I asked for a different room I was informed that all the rooms were filled, when just minute's later my wife was walking past the front desk and she over heard the teller renting a room on the third floor, the floor I asked about! There was no cold water in the room, that's right no cold water! and when I asked to be moved for that reason, again I was in formed that all the rooms were filled. We were stranded at that hotel, we could not get a refund and so we had no oppositions on the matter. It ruined our trip! It got so bad that we check out by noon on the 3rd day, we could not take it any more! I think this is a case where It's no ones fault but we end up paying the price.

The location is very good. Right at bridge to Charleston. Small room. Paper thin walls. The room was not as large as hoped and the staff was small and obviously geared to people staying longer (ie, there weren't many of them and they stayed out of the way).

Convenient. I like the stay and will hopefully return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little dusty. The full kitchen was great and I noticed that the housekeepers put clean cooking utensils, cups, mugs and silverware in the rooms after each guest visit. The location was convenient and grocery stores and shopping were nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I like having a kitchen in the room. There were not enoughTV channels. The hotel itself was average. I was comfortable. The staff was excellent. They went out of their way to make my stay nice.

Location and the kitchen. Kind of worn down. Good cheap hotel in a great location, 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Sullivans Island, 15 minutes to Isle of Palms. Nothing spectacular about the place but it was pretty clean, staff was nice, in a great location and I liked the kitchen area. Few small downsides; bed is hard as a rock, very small TV and a funky smell coming off the elevator.

The room was clean. No frills, ie shampoo, coffee for coffee maker. Great overall experience. The staff was helpful and fiendly. I would have liked coffee to be provided for the in room coffee maker. Overall, great experience for the price and star level.

The weekend staff was helpful. Love the kitchenette. Located next to a hotel with questionable occupants. Saw police as I was checking out. Conveniently located near downtown. Near a huddle house where I was able to catch breakfast. Quiet.
