The price per night. Giving us an un-clean room when we first arrived. Other than the un-clean room at Mt. Laurel, I believe we got a greatprice and both places. Both did more than their fair share to made us happy while there.

Nobody to check us in after 5pm on thanksgiving. This is the worst Extended Stay that we have visited. Because of holiday, it was almost impossible to find someone to check us in. The pillows were like rocks, the furnishings were early student and the mattress was bad. It was very clean but I think that you should take this one off the list.

No shampoo in rooms. Extremely dingy lighting in the entire hotel (room, hallways, etc) made the entire place look dirty even if it may not have been--poor maintenance (example: leaking air conditioners) --poor housekeeping.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff offered tosell coffee for in room coffee maker.Extra charge for internet connection. Clean, comfortable however extra charges were annoying. At least hotel should be upfront with information.

Rooms were very nice with full kitchen and hard wood floors. Rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall appearance of the rooms were nice. Full kitchen, hard wood floors in kitchen and bathroom. Front desk staff was very friendly and willing to meet your needs. Hotel is in a very safe area in a business district. The only Con is that the rooms needed more attention to detail cleaning. (There was a vodka bottle under one the chairs in my room).

The room appearance was great. The bed and pillows were extremly uncomfortable.

I liked the lobby, that is it, and it had no relevance to my trip so that should say it all. The room was filthy, no enough pillows in the room, two small ones for a king size bed. This hotel was horrible. I do not recommend it at all.

Quiet. Internet 4.99/night, too expensive. Internet 4.99/night, too expensive.

The reception lady. Very unfriendly and not helpful. Rooms are not that great and the beds are pretty bad. I’m a business traveller so I’m used to 3 to 5 star hotels. This is obviously not anywhere close, but the basics are not met here. If you have everything you need and won’t ask for anything and can sleep in a semi-comfortable bed this place meets the price.

The cost was great, the location was good. It was run down. This hotel was as expected, basic but quite serviceable. Pleasant staff, clean (if a bit run down) rooms, convenient location.

Price. At least one time a member of the staff was not to friendly.

Close to mall and food outlets. The only thingi didn't like about the hotel was the bugs that i found all over the floor and under the bed. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and welcoming.
Date of Stay:

No tissues, no soap, no shampoo, dirty carpet. Poor quality, drunk guests up and down the hall shouting all night.
Date of Stay:

Friendly staff. No clean linens, pay extra for maid service, clogged toilet. Room was clean and staff was friendly, did not realize that we would have to pay an extra charge for daily maid service. When we arrived, we had no clean towels and a clogged toilet - staff worked hard to correct situations.

Near transportation, good place. Confused with the nearby Extended Luxury, no clear sign. It's a good place for living. Good price and clean staff. The only thing I don't like is there is no clear sign so that I spend some time (10 min) to find it. Pros: Cleanness, price, friendly staff. Cons: No sign, relatively noise refrigerator, wireless not support vista automatically (but the it folk helps me out).

In room cooking. Not clean.

Absolutely Nothing! It smelled like cigarettes & like somebody had died in my room! This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! I had hundreds of short curly black hairs in my bathroom in the kitchenette area and the worst of all time. When I opened my bedding and pulled back my sheets, my sheets & pillows where completely covered in the hairs! The whole building stunk so bad I felt sick to my stomach! I have traveled a lot and never experienced something like this! Nasty!

Very noisy people in the hallway all nights. Dark hallways, dark carpet, poor cheap lighting throughout.

The water was hot, it had a refrigerator. The bed was uncomfortable, the hotel was noisy, my wife and I are sure that we were bitten by some bugs in the bed as we had bumps and itched x 3 days. Don't stay here.
