We asked for a non-smoking room, and it was very clear that this was a smoking room that they just sprayed air freshener in and opened the window before we got there. Recliner was dirty and stained, carpet stained, bed was as hard as a rock. We didn't realize we had to pay extra for maid service so we fetched our own clean towels - :( Sorry, but we would not stay here again.

As an extended-stay hotel, it had a kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, cupboards, plates and silverware. Friendly and helpful staff were a plus for this hotel, along with the amenities that come in an extended-stay room, like refrigerator and stove top complete with cookware and dining ware, but the lack of cleanliness was enough to keep me from coming back

Although the room was in a great location, I doubt I will ever stay here again. They have the hardest beds I've ever slept in! I'm not kidding. When I laid on my side it actually hurt my ribs. I had to get a blanket out of my car and sleep on the blankets just so I could fall asleep. My husband had the same problem. The rooms were clean, the kitchenette is a bonus- we used it for breakfast. We booked online and got a fantastic deal, but it's not worth it because the beds are so terrible. Staff was nice. Close to almost everything. (However; this hotel is quite a drive from South Bend, so don't stay here thinking you will be close). Upgrade the beds, and I will probably come back.

The Extended Stay Mishawaka was a surprising bargain (and available) on a football weekend. The location is good for Notre Dame. Restaurants are close. Not surprising given the name, the place targets longer term guests: there was no shampoo in the room; bed service is on request only. I also found it rather noisy. But not a bad alternatve all in all.

Kitchenette. No pool, we had our 5 year old.

"The room is good for extended stays as the name states. There is a large refrigerator, cooktop, sink, and microwave. Several good cable channels too. This is not a deluxe hotel but it is clean and does what it is designed to do."

The air on the third floor smelled like smoke. Usu, I don't mind, but a fresher, cleaner smell would have been more proper and inviting. The hotel and the room was clean. It was sparse. Two basic pillows, with basic sheets and a slightly uncomfortable mattress. No real complaints, but could have been a bit more plush for the price. However, convenience was very important for us in this instance - and this hotel was convenient.

Andrea is always very professional. Room unclean, wash facility filthy. Fifth visit, very disappointing. Non smoking room smelled of burn upon arrival. Cigarette, holes in sheets with burn marks. Someone else's dirty socks left in room.

"Very dirty, rooms looked they haven't been clean in months"

The Extended Stay in Mishawaka was very comfortable! It was convenient to have two desks to work on since we both had crosswords & sudoku's to challenge us. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. It was nice to have a kitchenette even though we didn't use it on this trip. The bathroom was bright and clean. Staff were very friendly. Windows could be locked opened for fresh air and security.

No complaints with the hotel at all. Enjoyed my stay very much.

THere is no one available at the check-in desk until after 7AM which means that if you want a room receipt you will have to call later in the day. There is no wake-up service

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely pleasant! At times, noise in the hall was quite load and it seemed like you could hear those next to you. The hotel had a great location; it was close to the local attractions (ie: mall, food, etc). The staff was extremely friendly and the room was exceptionally clean! The only negative thing that I saw was the counter in the bathroom was unfinished (it was a piece of plywood with remnants of tile glue). The water pressure was amazing and parking was adequate. This would have been the perfect room if our 15 - month old daughter was with us.

From the time we walked in to the time we left the hotel staff was very professional, helpful and and gracious. The room was clean, well organized with a large bathroom.

No hair dryer in the room, have to borrow it from the front desk. NO one shovel the sidewalk snow at all, only the parking area, so its bad for customer.

If you will stay for extended time it is satisfactory. You have to pay for room service, not an overnight hotel.

Location was near lots of great eateries and stores. No restaurant on site. The staff and services were excellent!

Location. Cleanliness and smoke smell. The hotel was not very clean. My room was in a non-smoking section but the room really smelled of stale smoke. All of my clothes smelled like it when I returned home. The lobby was very clean and very attractive.

Location to a wide variety of restaurants. Not as clean as it should have been. For an extended stay hotel this was not as home like asI would have preferred ifI were going to be there for a while.

The service and facilities were great. The rooms could have been just a bit cleaner.
