The hotel was neat and clean, the check in staff was friendly and helpful.

Kitchen area. Not clean, not comfortable. We had to change rooms because of cleanliness and maintenance issues. New room was not much better. Shower was terrible, no pressure, no hot water etc. Swimming pool was not clean. Other guests were not desirable to be around.

This hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. It is actually a motel and people live there. The cops showed up 2 of the 3 nights I stayed there for domestic disputes next door. I have seen cleaner outhouses than this bathroom. I really wanted a hotel with a pool. This pool can barely fit more than one person and is in a shaded area. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

The room was okay..nice kitchen area, but was not too impressed with the housekeeper pounding on the door beginning at 8am the day of checkout to see if I had left yet. She continued on a 30 min frequency until checkout time.

The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn't particularly clean, the pool was cold and there wasn't a jacuzzi. Bottom line, I asked the manager if we could get out of our second night. She was very anxious to do whatever she could to make a bad experience right which I appreciated very much. Their customer service helped to salvaged our vacation.

Staff was helpful. Not enough kitchenware. Convenient location, no noise from nearby I 17 freeway, closeby eateries. Did not feel unsafe. Room was adequately furnished but had not enough kitchenware. For instance there was no frying pan to cook eggs for breakfast.

Accomodations are average at best. Staff is helpful. Neighborhood is not good, and the hotel is somewhat hard to find.

No food on site internet is an extra $5.95 No convenient Breakfast restaurants Had to ring on the phone for about 10 minutes to get someone to open the lobby to check in (It was late at night) The room was adequate but no shampoo, lotion, etc.

Nice room and very comfortable beds. Tub took an hour (literally) to drain. A very lovely hotel with nice atmosphere. The stairs, entryway, and parking were a little challenging to navigate - as not all of the entries and exits go to the main floor. There is also no microwave or fridge in the room, but there is a microwave in the lobby.

We liked the full size refrigerator, iron and ironing board. The door cards didn't work and after fixing the problem we only got one card back. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

My room was located next door to papadeax restaurant which was great.

Nothing. Unfortunately the bad far outweighed the good! Management showed little concern for my horrible inconvience which began upon my arrival. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From being having a dirty room initially, to having my belongings inexplicable removed from my room and left behind the front desk, to the utter lack of sympathy from the management.

It was clean and the staff was friendly; much better than I expected. Really, not a single thing. It was an extremely good value. Thank you so much. Well maintained grounds with friendly, accommodating staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed with a full kitchenette. It is so nice you want to extend your trip! The manager was especially helpful. With the double bed upgrade, the five boys I brought had ample room with the beds and the sleeper sofa - I felt like we had deluxe accommodations!

No hassle at the front desk. Very professional. The beds were not very comfortable. Easy to find, safe area.

It was conveniently located to my actual destination. It was run down. The room smelled awful. This was definitely not a 2 star hotel and is far inferior to the other hotels in the area. The room smelled, the A/C was loud and the furniture was damaged.

Kitchen and pool. Room was small for two adults and two children. Be at the front desk was always smiling and very helpful!

Ktchen. Camped. The best thing about the hotel was the kitchen with fridge and microwave. It was too cramped, not a lot of space, and was not that clean.

Right next to the canal for bike riding. A nice stay for business reasons. Bring a bicycle or running shoes. Well lighted paved trail along the canal goes for miles, and under roads.

Kitchen was stocked w/pots, pans & dinnerware. Needs a bigger TV. Nice room, kitchen was fully stocked & ready for use, bathroom was basic. Would have preferred a more comfortabe mattress and more pillows.

The room was nice and neat. The clerk was not the best, got frustrated was not professional. If you don't mind problems with staff, it's a nice room and good location. A little difficult to find the first time also.
