Although the price was certainly a bargin for Long Island, the room was bare bones. On the positive side, it was a quiet stay, the check-in was smooth and the location was perfect.

Convenient location in a business park, close to my interview. You could smell cigarette smoke in the nonsmoking room. Our door hinge had been kicked in at some point and not fixed. I needed a place to stay the night before a job interview when I had just driven 5 hours from Maine. It served it's purpose and the staff was friendly.

As my normal experience, MapQuest gave the wrong side of the street. When I called the hotel and told them the street I was on and names of gas stations on each corner, He heard of them but doesn't live in the area and is not familair with them (half a mile away) No eating facilities in the hotel.

Good location, nice layout of the room. Had to switch rooms - first one smelled. Bad bed. The hotel has a problem with cleanliness. The first room we were booked smelled like mold. Also, thank goodness we travel with a mattress pad. Extended Stay America tends to have cheap mattresses, bad for the back. However, I like the overall feel of the room we switched to, and the 2 nd room smelled all right. It would be hard to recommend this.

Almost cheap enough. Television only had CNN not a real news channel like FOX etc.

The excellent location and friendly staff made this ideal for me. Stayed one night this time. Ensured my comfort with ease. Stay again soon I bet.

Friendly staff. Room smelled like wet dog. Head board on the bed was awful. No way to lean back on it to watch TV. TV was outdated. Bedspread had holes in it.

Clean and quiet. SmallTV. Pleasant and comfortable.

The kitchen and set up of the rooms were really nice. The pillows were by far the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept with. I got a headache from them and when I woke up it felt like they were rock. Very simple and comfortable. Safe and in a decent location.

Great value for an extended stay. Poor location. Difficult to locate. This hotel was just fine. It was great to have a kitchen as I prepare my own food as often as possible when traveling for my business.

Great location. Loud fridge. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I had to turn off the refridgerator because it was so loud that I could not sleep. The toilet paper holder was broken and the roll of toilet paper was sitting next to the sink.

Clean & convenient. Not the greatest area of town. Clean rooms, kitchenette was a bonus. Everything was good-sized. Only stayed one night, but was a very pleasant experience.

Very dirty, broken appliance's, spots on bed sheets, etc. Trying to find the hotel was difficult because the address took us to a patch of grass. Then we finally found the hotel and entered it. Not good customer service. When entering the room the floor was sticky and the air had a smelled which made it very hard to be in the room. The sheets had black spots on them when we laid to rest so we went out to our car and brought in two blankets that were in there to rest upon. Basiclly it wasn't a pleasent stay.

Having a kitchen in my room. This hotel was not a safe place to be. There was not sense of security here for me. There was no motel staff on duty for me to report the incident. This, I feel it was possibly a life threatening experience.

Convenient, clean, full kitchen. N/A Great stay. Convenient to LIRR. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the full kitchen was a great convenience. They do need to supply some dish washing liquid for washing the dishes, but otherwise, I would recommend it to anyone.

Location. Dirty. For the price, it was decent. The one staff member I encountered upon check-in was courteous and helpful.

It was quiet, so easy to sleep at night. Room seemed less than immaculate.

I loved the efficiency suite with fully equipped kitchen. It would be great if they provided a complimentary continental breakfast or other snacks. A gym and garden would be great as well. This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. It is truly a home away from home. I loved the fully equipped kitchen and accessible laundry facilities. The furnishings are attractive and the staff is helpful, as well. The towels are the right level of fluffiness. I would definitely recommend and return to this heaven.
