Nothing. Noisy, no wake up call, floors turned my socks and feet black. I have stayed in Extended Stay hotels 4 times, and they are by far the worst of all the accommodations. These hotels are no more than a flea bag with a chain name.

No one is around and you are on your own. We had a fire alarm go off at night. No response to it. The room was noisey. I was there four nights and no room service . . . Never saw a maid. My goal is to never take a chance with X or Y travel agency again

Location was great. The front desk person was extremely rude. The hotel is convenient with bare bones amenities. The front desk person was very rude upon my check in. She explained there will be no maid service or fresh towels. She did not activate my telephone and I was unable to use the phone. She was not friendly or inviting. The other front desk clerks were friendly and nice.

The staff is friendly and always there to help. The rooms are great! Its good there is a kitchen in the room. Very clean, worth it.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The beds were like sleeping on marble slabs. Conveniently located to Interstate 5, this hotel offers easy on-and-off. The room was clean but the bed was one of the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on; it really did feel like a marble slab. Were it not for that, the hotel wasn't bad at all.

That it has a kitchen. Pillows. In general is OK for what you pay!

I liked it being near the freeway. I didn't like the smell.

I loved the mini kitchen and the location. The bed was uncomfortable and it was very hard. This hotel was very neat and clean.

Close to freeway and restaurants. The room was not attractive. Nothing to jump about extended stay hotels. Most people in the hotel and long term tenants.

Spacious, clean, quiet, equipped kitchen, safe and convenient. No amenities and no work out room.

Location, kitchen in room was convenient. Comfortable enough - beds a bit too hard and the pillows were not comfortable. Hotel was clean. I felt safe. Good enough for a one-night stay.

Warm welcome and met all my expectations. No blow dryer in the room. Very pleasant place to stay.

It was accessible to the convention I attended. This hotel is like McDonalds Hamburgers. Not the best, not the worst. It was a comfortable place to sleep.

Dirty and hairs in the bathroom. This hotel was disgusting! We felt bugs jumping on us in the middle of the night!

I liked the appearance of the room. It would have been better If the bed was king. reat location, clean hotal and good service!

Kitchen facilities. Hallway aroma, exit from elevator. When I was able to stay on the first floor once before, it was great. Above the first floor, hallways are pretty smelly. No shampoo, hair dryers, or tea bags.

Location is all the positive feedback I can give for this hotel. Quality and cleanliness was missing. This hotel was dirty, and run-down. My room was not clean and I found hair on the counters, toilet and in the towels. There was even an old French fry under the bed. This hotel does not clean the room without you paying a fee but I asked for a free cleaning since it was dirty when I arrived. It still took them 2 days to clean it.

Staff was very helpful. They gladly provided extra blankets and pillows Everything is minimal. Extras have to be requested such as dish soap. If you are not wanting a luxury experience, this hotel was well worth the money. Friendly staff and clean rooms, but you must ask for the newly renovated rooms, and there was an upgrade charge for them.

Desk clerk helpful with room change. The staff was helpful and polite. There seemed to be some long term residents staying there. This gave it the feel of an apartment complex, not a hotel.

The receptionists at the front desk was very friendly. I could not get the windows locked. This hotel was perfect for my travel needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. It felt like it was in a safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.
