Staff argued with us on arrival. Not very welcoming. No place to eat. Hard to get out of parking lot back onto interstate. No breakfast. We had to pay for the internet. Very small bed for 2 people.

Easy to find. Nothing, everything was perfect. This hotel is perfect close to I-4 which everyone knows I-4 will take you anywhere in Orlando will stay there again ifI am in the area.

TV only has about 15 stations (most of them news, sports and a 24/7 infomercial channel). While they had Showtime, TNT, TBS and some of the local stations (not all of them), they had no Food Network, Lifetime, A&E, Bravo, etc. Even basic cable has more stations. They claim they gave me a nonsmoking room but entire hotel floor reeked of cigarette smoke. My room's curtains and carpet also reeked of cigarettes. Curtains had lots of brown spots on them. There was trash on the kitchen floor that hadn't been cleared. Bed was comfortable and they had armchair in room which was nice. There's only 1 elevator and it's a slow one. Room was very quiet and I didn't hear noises from other rooms. Personnel were courteous.

Extended stay America Orlando- Pembrook drive. the room had very comfortable bed,but a small recliner. Had to ask for coffee and towels every day.The kitchenette could use more utensiles, nice t.v. and good sized room. All in All fair room for the money.Very easy drive to downtown.

I likeeverything about Extended Stay Hotels! There's nothing I don't like about Extended Stay Hotels. Anybody that gets a chance needs to stay in Extended Stay Hotels! I LOVE them!

The room was nasty under the bed and the bathroom trash can had used condon wraper in it.

Very nice and professsional staff. As always very nice, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

Location. No amentities, need cleaning atleast once in 3 days. It is nice to have a Air Dryer, Shampoo and Dish washer Soap. Need more towels if the cleaning is done once a week.

It was a comfortable experience for me. Third floor hallway smells with heavy smoke. Only problem with the room was a broken shower head. Very clean. Room did not smell like smoke. It's location and comfort were experienced by me before. Unfortunately I stayed less than six hours on this property and I was not able to enjoy the amenities. Although the third floor smelled like smoke my room was smoke free. Only the shower head was broken but I was to shower. I arrived at 1:30AM and left by 6 AM to teach school.

Staff are very friendly, felt like home. Had to remind the front desk for weekly cleaning although it is mentioned that they clean the room once per week. The hotel is good, staff very friendly and helpful, location is good away from noise.

The staff was excellent and knowledgable. Did not have a business center for complimentary email usage, faxing and copying. The swimming pool was at another hotel next door.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is new so things are nice. The cleanliness was the only issue. There were about 50 empty beer cans under the bed that were visable to the eye without getting down and looking. I woke up in the midle of the night with insect bites all over me!!! One of the bed frames was broke so we slept on the opposite end to our heads would be above our feet. The bathroom and kitchen area are very nice and clean. The beer cans really turned me off to the entire experience. Just seeing them questioned how they clean the rooms.If I can see them with the blankets on the bed, why weren't they taken out when the room was cleaned with the blankets off. I did bring my own blankets and pillows for the drive, so we took them in and used them. It made me feel better, I knew they were clean. Please don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice. It is new and the staff should take pride in the look and keep it looking nice.

Very clean. Only had one bed. This hotel is very convenient to all the attractions in Orlando. We had a little issue with one of the agents, but the manager fixed it quickly.

Comfortable, helpful and centrally located. When we got to the room it hasn't been cleaned yet. When we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned yet and was filthy. But the front desk remedied that quickly and gave us another room that was spic-n-span. It was comfy, but low on amenities. TheTV channels were very limited. Would recommend it for business travelers or those on a strict budget that want a clean, comfy and quiet room.

Great price and great hotel. General area is confusing for drivers. Hotel was great, great staff. Location very confusing with no u turn signs all over the place and police around waitnig for you to make an illega u turn.

Staff was one of the best I have encountered. John is a customer service person and he was very rude. Also need more parking. The astmosphere when pulling up was exceptional. The greetings were good and the room was nice. The TV. could have been a little bigger and a little more room for parking as i was riding a motorcycle.

Cozy and well located. Room wasn't that large and not a lot of amenities. Good location. Clean room. Polite staff. Good for the price. Not very romantic and not a lot of stuff to do within the hotel. But would recommend for business travels.
