Despite the bargain price, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is located within minutes from the I-5 freeway which means there is a bit of traffic noise but very convienient. The staff was friendly and the Lynnwood area felt safe. The only issue I had was the first non-smoking room they offered smelled like smoke, but changing rooms wasn't a problem. Also, make sure you bring some basic supplies such as shampoo/sponges/toothpaste as they aren't provided for you.

Clean crisp sheets and comfortable bed. Phones were out of order both days I was there. Lobby and rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the ESA in Lynnwood/Alderwood went very well. The staff was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. We did need to get a package of coffee from the front desk because there was none in the room, but that was a very minor issue. I would rate our overall stay as perfect! It is in an excellent location when you intend to shop and use the Alderwood Mall area.

Ease of finding the hotel was good. Check in was friendly. Room keys are hard to use and did not have room number on them. But most importantly their was no hair dryer, no coffee or coffee filters (and the front desk did not have any) however their was a coffee maker in room and finally the bed was as hard as a rock. We will never stay their again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dirty carpets, all areas and lack of amenities.

Went for a wedding, most of the group stayed at the Hampton Inn right around the corner for $150 a night. I stayed here for 3 nights for $160 total (after $20 tax and $40 orbitz coupon). Pretty sweet deal, granted I was only there to sleep. But the kitchen was very convenient. Only one bad thing was the water pressure was non-existant in the bathroom sink. I used the kitchen sink to thoroughly wash my razor. But it wasn't a big deal.

Convenience. None. All is well.

Friendly front desk. But for a hotel chain, they seemed unprepared. For instance, they were out of coffee the entire week I was there. I had to go get my own wash cloths because they were "short." My bathroom sink and tub drains were slow. Maintenance attended to them in a timely manner but the tub drain still ran slow. I had to get my own kitchen soap and new shower curtain myself from the front desk. One of the washing machines malfunctioned when I was using it. The front desk was short on quarters for the laundry, also. The air conditioner didn't work that well either. It was wimpy in the way it blew out air.

The price and allowed us an early check in. No availability for double beds or roll-away.

convienent location, regular service, bed extremely hard...we had fun - be sure to bring any extras beyond handsoap - there are none here.

Staff was sweet and pleasant. Bathroom not clean, TV remote didn't work, no cable TV, bed hard as a rock. This hotel was in fairly good condition. Our room looked fairly clean. There was hair on the floor from previous occupants, which was really bad. I have never slept on a harder mattress. We woke up with backaches. The bed felt like a board. The TV remote didn't work, and there were hardly any channels available on the TV.

Beds were to hard. Great location right off the freeway but the hard beds made it tough to get a good nights sleep.

Very affordable and and it had a large fridge. No shampoo in the bathroom. Absolutely fantastic. Half the price of most other hotels in the area. Had a great kitchenette. Very clean, very large room. Helpful staff. The location was right off of the freeway and I felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot. Parking was also close to my room which was a huge bonus.

The room was clean, but they have no cleaning service for sheets or towels on the weekend. I had to ask for shampoo and they do not have conditioner. No hair dryer on premise. When I was packing very early on date of departure I learned the front desk was not open to get into my safety deposit box. The mattress, while not uncomfortable, squeeked every time you moved or sat on the bed.

Clean, convenient and close to mall and restaurants. Clean hotel with good access to intestate. Close to many stores and restaurants.

Has your basic accomodations, nothing special. Is nice for long stays. Has a full size fridge which was nice & stove top.

Convenient location with kitchen in room. Had to ask staff to get toilet paper and etc. This is a economic hotel, close to shops and I-5. In general, the cost is fine. However, I hope the staff will have placed the toilet paper in the bath room before the guest arrives.
