Since this is short stay hotel there were several "workers" staying at the hotel. Most were quiet and respectful but there was a group that was loud most of the night. They were going from room to room slamming doors and shouting in the hallways. Our air conditioner did not work properly and the room was hot most of the night. The room was clean for the most part but the cigarette smoke was so strong on the hallways it was almost unbearable.

Very welcoming and flexible. Would like to have stayed longer! Good facilities - nice room with kitchen. Hotel staff wasvery friendly.

The cost was marked up 40 because it was graduation weekend for the university-ridiculous. We had to go to the desk to get shampoo and hair dryer. The reservation was made by phone by our family member who lives there. I would not choose this hotel chain again, anywhere.

The Extended Stay America Lubbock - Southwest, LUBBOCK, TX worked fine for what we needed this trip but I would probably not stay there again if I did not have to. Many other choices with better beds, vending and complimentary breakfast for the price we paid.

I liked that it had a kitchen. The fan in the bathroom was really loud. We would stay at this hotel again.

We liked that it had a kitchen area in the hotel room! It was an excellent hotel to stay at, with the kitchen are and the living room area. And the location of the hotel near accomodations.

The fact that the staff was so on the ball and went out of their way. Room cleaning, except on the day you check out or you pay for it.

Location. Smoking room, unstable door lock.. Good location in relation to Lubbock, but it was a bare bones room. This is an intangible thing, but as woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe there so it was hard to sleep.

Quite spacious rooms, with equipped kitchens. Clean, and once inside I slept well. The longer term stays shouldn't mean apartment style problems. I would not want my family staying here. Being Navy, I did not worry, yet it gave me a bad taste in my mouth. Too bad, such hotels don't have some control of their nightime clientele.

The kitchenette was nice. The mattresses were awful. This is a very low service hotel-perhaps because it is for extended stay purposes. The front desk was not continually staffed. You have to call for someone to come down. They do not have wake up calls. The room had what looked like dog food scattered around the floor. It blended into the carpet-until we stepped on it-so it was obvious that the room had not been vacuumed. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever experienced! No vending machines, no pool. Convenient. Excellent service and accomodations. Very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Although it is an extended stay hotel, it would be nice to have a few vending machines available.
