My room the first night smelled pretty bad. Old smoke I think, but I'm not sure. The bathroom was not really clean. The TV didn't work (beside the fact that there were no batteries in the remote). I changed rooms in the morning. This room smelled better, but still not good. The TV worked but the bathroom still wasn't as clean as I'd like. The new room key (plastic with holes in it) wouldn't open the building entrances which was particularly frustrating the night I arrived back after 11 p.m. and it took 5 minutes standing outside waiting for someone to open it. (They have a phone at the door and a number to call to get in, but it just got a fast busy signal.) On the bright side, at least the staff were friendly. Unless price is your only consideration I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never stay there again and I hesitate to stay at any ESA location. If I hadn't prepaid through Orbitz, I would have checked out and stayed somewhere else after the first night.

The hotel has coffee machine, kitchen, close to restaurants and shops, very convenient for us. The hotel is not clean, there were leftover cakes in the refrigerator, the bed cover smelled dog smell, and there were holes on the blanket. The hotel is about half hour drive from Denver. Located near Macy's shopping center and other restaurants, it's very convenient to buy anything. You can even cook by yourself in the kitchen provided (with cooking ware, dishes, cups, as well as coffee machine and packed coffee). It's pet friendly as well, however it's not clean, for example, we smelled dog smell from the bed cover. I would say it's good for longer stay or people who don't care too much about hotel cleanness and comfort.

Toweling stained no matter how many you attempted to use. Bedding - all stained pillows and sheets w/ long black hairs everywhere. Carpet stained and very dirty everywhere a vacuum didn't go. Worse, our vehicle was damaged both nights. Almost all guest had dogs. No night security; no one on duty from 11pm to about 8am.

The location of this hotel is great! Close to the mall and restaurants. I love having a kitchen to make breakfast in the morning. My only complaint was that the hallways smelt like smoke and the room had a musty smell to it. I plan on staying again in July when I attend a concert at Fiddler's Green!

Its safe location. That is all. What was described above about its unclean / unkept facilities. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

If you don't need luxury amenities, this hotel is perfect. No pool, no fitness center, but dependable wi-fi, friendly staff, great neighborhood with excellent restaurants, wonderful nearby mall & big multi-screen movie theatre. Once a week cleaning helps save $ for long tern residents. Do your own cooking with great kitchen facilities and save even more!

There was nothing that was good about this hotel. The rooms, hallway and general facility was filthy. Do not stay at this hotel chain.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast. A great place to stay when you want convenience and a good nights sleep.

The hotel was ok, with no extra comfort, just essential. There was a lot of noise during the night. The noise started at 11pm through 2am. The staff close their office at 11pm. There was no one we could called. We assumed it was the regular people: housekeeping or whatever that was running in the coloring during the night.

The front desk young woman was very accommodating, very nice. Cigarette butts/packs in trash, smoke pours out of bathroom vent. Not well maintained or cleaned.

Kitchenette, location, friendly desk attendant., good services nearby. Very basic - could be more pleasant simply with better room lighting. Good location for my needs that weekend. Desk attendant was friendly and helpful, but the only one on duty and could not provide good directions when I called after the street sign age from the interstate exit disappeared. Room was clean and comfortable, but every light was bright-white fluorescent except for that above the stove - a few simple lighting improvements would make a basic room much more pleasant.

The hotel was very inexpensive. I would have been better off sleeping in the bathtub, instead of the hard bed. This hotel had very friendly service and a great price. It was quite close to the Mall and other shopping areas, but I could not get out of it fast enough. The bed was the most unpleasant experience I've had in years.

My room was nasty. Trash had not been cleaned out. Huge spills in the carpet.

Cost. Pillows. This is the type of place you should stay at for 7 days or more.

Inexpensive in a good area close to restaurants and shopping. Elevator had a bad smell.

Location a bit inconvenient for me. Service. The first-shift staff was a bit unknowledgeable of the local area (specifically, where the library is).

The ony good personal was the hotel manager. Poor customer service. The garbage area was filthy. This is a 1 star hotel nothing more.
