First of all the bedding was stained, the air conditioner did not work, nor did the shower..upon moving to another room, we were locked out bu the hotel staff, they could not re-open the room, and contemplated a ladder to the window to get our luggage out, after finally getting the room open we moved to a third room, this room on the first floor, had a window which could not be closed, thus we were moved to a 4th room!! Though the comped us for 1 of the 2 nights, the overall experience was not good. I travel to Bwi airport about 8 times a year, and by far this was my worst experience.

Got the feeling that the motel had a lot of crime there, didn't feel safe. Will not take the chance on a 1 star again was little short of money and was only there for a short nite of sleep before heading back out to work did seem safe or secure.

Had to step over a shattered beer bottle in the hall to reach room. Filthy socks from prior tenant in dresser. Stained sheets. STAFF VERY RUDE!

Location. Old, too expensive. This hotel still uses old school keys. No food, no ATM, old furniture and, too expensive for the quality.

Kitchenette. No shuttle to airport. Hotel was okay, staff very helpful, very disappointed that they had no shuttle to airport, so had to use taxi service, which added to the cost of my stay, the only other thing thatI was unhappy about was it took 3 different rooms beforeI found one suitable.

Friendly staff. Run-down furniture, no amenities, extra charge for Wi-Fi. It was not in great condition and didn't have much in the way of amenities.

It was relatively quiet and got a good nights sleep. The bathroom was not clean at all. This hotel is located farthest away from BWI and does not have a shuttle. The only AM accommodation was coffee. The hotel needs to be updated or really cleaned well, although there was no telltale odor. Carpets should be replaced. The help should be a bit more familiar with local infrastructure, transportation, etc.

Nothing. Nothing. I was shouted at by their unprofessional customer service they have very unprofessional staff with bad attitude. Who told me that their system is down and they can not give me my room.

The staff and location was excellent. The TV in the room was small. For the trip I had I found the room comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions and helped me out tremendously. I'd recommend the hotel to everyone who's coming to stay in the area for more than a day.

Nothing. Dirty and poor customer service. Poor customer service or lack of it. The bathroom and room was dirty and the answer I received from the receptionist was "I don't clean rooms." I have been there 3 weeks and its the worse.

The location was convenient; off of a major highway and easily found. The room I was assigned had an inexcusable mess in the bathroom. The overnight staff was polite, but slow, confused, and unhelpful. While my experience was negative, I did receive a free night's stay at another Extended Stay America of my choosing, so the Manager, when they came in the next morning, was accommodating. Beware not to arrive after regular staff hours!

Kitchenette area was convenient. You have to ask for shampoo, conditioner, etc. We arrived about an hour early and were able to check into the room, which was nice. The only issue was that the faucet to turn on the shower was some how pulled a few inches away from the wall. It took several minutes and dozens of turns to get the water to come on.

Comfortable. Long distance from restaurants. More suited for business people staying for a longer period of time. Room was fine, but no other amenities such as restaurant, shops, lounge, etc.

Kitchen accommodations. Thin doors - I could hear everything. I requested a non-smoking room but the bedspread and blanket reeked of cigarette smoke making it uncomfortable to sleep. I could also smell cigarette smoke coming in from the hall. The TV was very small. I did like the size of the room and the kitchen.
