The hotel was close to my relatives. The room was clean and what I expected. Will stay here next time for sure.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall condition of the motel. Not all units had working equipment, I had to change rooms twice to find a working air-conditioner. However the mote staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kitchen. Maids knock on the door every 10 morning of check out.

The kitchen. It felt like prison with the super locked doors, the staff asked 5 or too many questions for the guest.and there were no bathrooms in the lobby. Didn't really like it but it wascool for business people.

Lady in the gift shop was so nice, she remined me of my grandmother. Noise. Hotel is under going being remodeled.

Situated in a nice area close to the train station. Not very clean. Very disappointing.

I did not have a clean feeling about my room. I would not stay there again. I did not have any room service for the days I was there. It was not a very nice extended stay hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends to stay at. Room did not have a fresh smell either.

Price, proximity to highway and to Metro. No eating places nearby, isolated, spartan. Plain room with a modest kitchenette for the Extended Stay traveler. Easy access to I-95 and I-495 and less than a half mile from the Washington Metro.

Studio feature was excellent. Things were not clean, didn't work. Good overall, coffeemaker didn't work, the studio feature, ability to store and cook food was outstanding.

The kitchen is a big plus. We loved this hotel because it has a kitchen. The hotel receptionist was very nice, it made a really good impression. That's what I call customer service that makes people come back.

Everything I have in my kitchen at home was in the room for me. They were out of shampoo! (But they managed to give me one). It is about 17 mile from downtown Washington DC in a good neighborhood. The room was quite clean and had everything that I needed in it's kitchen (dining table, plates, bowls, forks and spoons, knives, toster, microwave, fridge, and stove). It has a night security. Staff was friendly and nice.

Clean room but not safe/no front desk at night. Not safe, far and not secure. I recommend to have front desk on shift, other wise risky to live there especially with family that I do not recommend at all.

Not much, I've stayed in cheaper hotels with more service/amenities. Strange staff, no hairdryer/shampoo in the bathroom. Pretty sad hotel at the end of the world, especially when you have to stay for longer there.

Convenient to highway. My room had a horrible stink to it. I had to endure it for 3 days! There are no employees available after 11pm. Daily housekeeping was available for a charge to your credit card. The room smelled. It was, however, in a very convenient location.
