I liked that the hotel had a kitchenette. I did not like that the hotel hall always smelled funky. The extended stay is an inexpensive hotel that is perfect for someone who does not need many amenities. It has the benefit of a kitchenette, the bed was comfortable, and room was clean.

Location was good. Seemed dirty and dingy. I would have expected a fresh, clean and secure hotel since it was an extended stay but it was none of those. When we arrived at 11 PM, there was no one at the desk and the door wasn't locked; was given smoking room and ordered non--got switched--cigarette holes in sheets--carpets seemed dirty--very Utilitarian in all respects.

I loved having a kitchen and the room was spacious. It was far from downtown. A clean, spacious room with a full size refrigerator, microwave and sink. It was great for saving money on eating out.

Full kitchen in units, though we didn't know before hand to bring food. Arrived at around midnight to no front desk worker and no sign with instructions, so cleaning lady checked us in. I was quite surprised with the 1 star rating after visiting this hotel. I guess it is due to virtually no guest services, other than a laundromat and WiFi (for an extra fee). But for a place to stay for cheap, it's great, and the kitchen is a sweet bonus so you don't need to eat out.

Really enjoyed the location, close to the airport, the landscape was very well throughout. The mattresses could use a little upgrade. Loved when the mattress sits up high from the floor. Should be thicker. The overall experience was good. It was the best Extended Stay experience in my travel. Only taking second to Extended Stay deluxe in Columbia SC.

Kitchen facilities (for one night, did not really use). No pool. Good for business travelers. We went because of plumbing problems at home and found it a comfortable place to sleep if we couldn't be at home.

Clean, quiet, friendly. No overnight staff. But I understand that this is how this sort of extended stay chain works. I'd recommend this extended stay hotel for any overnight traveler.

Convenient and friendly staff. The hotel room was not cleanl and smelled terribly of Chinese food odor that did not disappear and affected my sleep and stay horribly. The hotel room was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The room smelled of Chinese food the minute I entered the room and nobody could assist this odor. We did not bring any food into the room and it caused an odor to affect the bed sheets, entire room, my clothing and suitcase as well.

The kitchen was great! The carpet in the halls were stained all over! Really liked location. Kitchen in the room was wonderful! Bed was comfortable and windows opened for a nice cool breeze. Bathroom and room clean. Carpet in all hallways were stained and needed to be replaced. Overall, this hotel was great.

Full kitchen in room. Power outage prevent internet access for 5 hours. The facility overall was moderately clean. The room was large and well furnished. Having access to a full kitchen with cookware and place settings for two supplied was great. I have stayed at other ESA locations and found this one to be comparable. I highly recommend this facility for those staying more than one night.

I liked the price, the kitchen and the location as well as the fact they accept pets. The pillows are very uncomfortable and there are no ice machines (ice cube trays were 3/4 empty). The hotel is good for the traveler who is trying to keep costs down. It would be helpful to know in advance that there is nothing included such as shampoo, dish detergent, ice or vending machines. When arriving in the evening, you can't have ice cubes until the morning. If you bring cold drinks, a pillow and some toiletries, it's a very economical place to stay.

Looked like a new building and good location. Could smell cigarette smoke in room; no continental breakfast; no local attractions brochures in lobby. Overall the hotel was better than I expected.

The room had a disgusting stale smoke smell although it was a nonsmoking room. It's a 1 star hotel. It was nice having a full refrigerator and kitchenette in the room even though we really didn't use it. Probably nice for someone planning on a long stay.

I liked the full kitchen. There was no ice machine, and no shampoo provided. Checked in late and left early in the morning so I don't have much to review other than the room which was clean and comfortable.

Kitchenette was a nice surprise. Close to Calvin College. Wish it had a mini-mart or breakfast. Room was immaculate and kitchenette well-outfitted. Staff was helpful and honest (I left something in the room and they mailed it to me). There is no breakfast included with the room and the lobby is small and vacant, but if you're looking for a safe, clean, comfortable , economical room, this is the place.

Studio with microwave, large fridge and kitchen. No free wireless internet. Agood hotel for a good price. Looks new and clean. Parking is free and a lot of restaurants or fast foods close by.

It had an elevator & a nice kitchen. No coffee supplied the 2nd day and none in lobby. I was surprised at the quality of this hotel. I thought it was far nicer than many others I've stayed in that were 2 star. It was a great help not to have to climb stairs.
