The desk clerk at check out time was very nice. The beds were too hard.

The hotel was nasty... the room smelled like a mix of mildew and smoke. The front desk staff was more concerned about cleaning finger nails and talking on the cell than checking people in. Don't attempt to check-in late or try to get anything from the staff until the morning... the front desk closes at 11pm.

Very nice place. kept clean. comfortable rooms

Reasonably priced, close to airport and comfortable easy chair. I would not recommend to a friend or family member. Would recommend a new housekeeping system. I will not again pay to stay at the Extended Stay America.

Price. No lobby, no breakfast. This hotel would be best for someone living temporarily in the area. It is literally only a room, no other services. The desk closes at night with a metal cage. We had to call on our cell phone to get the clerk to come out and check us in. The room was clean and comfortable.

Fully equipped kitchen. Not enough towels. Great place to stay, friendly people.

It was close to family that lives in Kenner. No pool, not very clean. There is nothing to tell. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Close to Airport. Smelled moldy. Not enough parking near an entrance. Clerk was very helpful with such short notice. So I guess that the location and staff are the only things that suited our needs. It was cheap! You really do get what you pay for.

Attentive & helpful front desk staff. Bed and bathroom linens and towels fresh smelling and attractive. All carpets-halls and rooms badly stained, Seldom vacumed. My first stay at a Extended Stay America hotel, my first stay at a 2 star hotel (as this one is rated). Perhaps my expectations were too high. Front desk staff as friendly and helpful at many high end / resort hotels. Hall carpets, room carpets had a lot of stains and did not smell fresh. Hotel allows pets and this may be the problem, as I saw several small dogs in halls & parking lot. Trash can in front of lobby overflowing. Housekeeping staff does not vacuumed under furniture. Moved a chair and found what had to be several months accumulation of detritus and change--I left it there. Towels and washcloths very clean and fresh smelling. Good quality bath soap. Sheets & pillowcases appeared clean and fresh smelling. Bed and pillows comfortable.

The fact that it had a kitchen in the room. A lot the staff was very the rooms were smelly. This hotel was very disappointing to me and would not prefer to stay there ever again thank you for the time.

The original property routed us to this property so that we could have a non-smoking room. There was no one in the lobby to register us when we arrived. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. There really aren't too many restaurants very close by, but other than that, it was clean. We were upgraded to a larger room because we had to travel from another Extended Stay property in order to have a non-smoking room.

Comfortable, roomy, all around good place, would recommend. No wake up calls. Hotel is conveniently located. Parking lot is well-lit, area safe. Convenient to restaurants. Definitely affordable. Would recommend to friends and relatives.

Nothing really- we gave our room to our brother-in-law. smelled like smoke, kind of rough. Ok, but I didn't like it very much. I will not opt for a 2 star again.

I like the Kitchen facility, it was nice not having to eat fast food. Check in time was 8:00 am, I arrived at 6:00am. Over all the people were nice the room was nice and again I really like the kitchen part. I did like the coffee pot in the room but they had no coffee, so I had to go buy coffee which was kind of a hassle. Also they did not clean my room the 2nd day of stay, did not understand that. I thought the T.V. was too small and outdated. Did like the wireless internet.

Very friendly staff, lots of parking, one of the finest rooms I have stayed in. Only two-room suites at Embassy Inn or The Hilton exceed their qualit Excellent in every way--the kitchen was unexpected. Easy in, easy out on Veterans Drive; close to the airport and to restaurants. Super clean, large bathroom, excellent bed. Kitchen facilities are unexpected, clean, and easy to use.

The night attendant Kiah was the redeeming factor of this establishment. The bilingual daytime attendant was extremely unprofessional. The nighttime attendant went above and beyond the call of duty in everything she did. The manager was good. The room was sufficient. The daytime attendant was unprofessional and overly dramatic. She did not give me the directions I asked for and I was almost late for my show because of her unnecessary shenanigans.

The front desk very professional and friendly. Room clean. The location was tricky if you were not from Kenner. I had a very difficult time finding the hotel. The hotel staff very friendly, rooms clean. The only difficulty was being able to see the hotel from I-10; then not being able to find the hotel from the address given - tricky address.

All the conveniences of home in a hotel and priced better than most with less! 11 am checkout times are always a downer to me! I will stay at the Extended Stay hotels across the country whenever I can find one within a short distance to my requirements. I really enjoy a hotel that offers a kitchen in cluding stove, microwave, sink and refrigerator. This type of hotel is great for business people who do lots of after hours work in the convenience of their room with all the amenities of home.

Staff was friendly. There was no pool! This was a 2 star hotel and it didn't have a pool. Imagine how my young children took it. The rooms were old and dingy. Their housekeeping rules only clean your room every 7 days. If you stay two or three days you don't get maid service, you have to go to the front desk to exchange towels. That is probably why the rooms are dingy!

Nice furniture. No coffee second night. Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Even though the room was not cleaned after the first night, this was expected at a extended stay facility. The staff did supply me with new packets of coffee.I would reccommend this hotel to friends.
