Our room smelled when we got there. Although it was supposed to be non-smoking, it had a lingering "smokers have been here" smell. Also, it smelled like some strange food or something. The bathroom was not clean; it had hair that wasn't ours on one of the towels and along the baseboards. Also, the online hotel features showed there was a fitness room when in fact there was not. The fitness room is at another location, which residents of this hotel can use. This was misleading, and very disappointing, as one of the features we picked this hotel for was that it had a fitness room.

Nothing. Gave us a unclean room. We got in late on our arrival date and found they gave us a smoking room. I asked for a non smoking and they charged me $5 because it was renovated. The room was never cleaned, bed not made, someones clothes still in the room. They them told us they only had a handicap room. I will not use 1 or 2 star ratings again.

when i called two days before,i asked would there be a problem if i checked in before seven and im assuming it ws the manager he said no problem.when i arrived there at 620 am the female that was working at the front desk gave me a hard time about checking in early. she aid the i would have to wait until seven. i stated to her that i called and asked and not about to wait 40min. to lay down after i drove 15 hours. after 15 of talking to her she finally let gave me a room. the security guard that worked that morning was great and very helpful.

The hotel is dirty and appears to be unsafe, I checked in late, about 1:30 AM and the night associate was very uneasy about opening the door. The hotel has no security but needs it.

Nothing. Terrible and unsafe location. Could not even stay in hotel. Terrible part of Jackson, no security, wife and daughter scared to even get out of car. I had to find another place to stay after seeing this dump.

It was convenient to our business week just slightly to the north of town. Extended stays used to pride themselves on being a clean, good value for those travelers who need to stay a week in one town. They're run down now. Awesome manager (Charles) doing a good job keeping up a facility that needs remodeling.

I liked the full kitchen area. The bathroom was really small. The hotel is fine if you are just sleeping there. The bathroom was really cramped, not much space for more than one person.

it was cheap.... the bath tub has standing water in it. It is decent for the price. Everytime I have stayed here the bath tub has had standing water in it.

i liked the fact that it had a small kitchen the mattress was indescribeably awful! linoleum would have been more comfortable! overall it was a fairly nice hotel. the staff was nice. the room was clean. the smell wasn't too nice though. other than the rock hard mattress everything was alright.

It was easy to find from the interstate. The location and the hotel staff made me feel uneasy. There were signs in the parking area informing us to not leave our belongings in view of others and that the hotel wasn't responsible for loss. The hotel staff and location made me feel uneasy.

It was unkept and stuffy. I will never stay at an Extended Stay hotel again. I checked in but did not even stay the night. I went else where.

It had a refrigerator and stove customer service was horrible, carpet need shampooing, smoke filled room. Asked gor non smoking room I hated my stay..

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The carpet in the first room was nasty and the air conditioner broke. The first room I was put in developed air conditioner problems. When reported to the front desk, I was immediately moved to another room. The staff is wonderful.

The manager was very nice! The hotel room was filthy. Carpets badly stained. Stale cigarette smell. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. The room was just very dirty, but served the purpose we needed, which was a cheap place to stay. I liked that the room had a stove for cooking meals.

It is very male oriented. They have a lot of room for improvement. I have stayed at their other properties, and was extremely satisfied. It is not recommended if you have children. The television has only programming for men. No music for teenagers, Disney for small children. The manager (male)was very rude!

No shampoo, soap, iron or blow dryer! I had to go get my own from the desk and there were no blow dryers available! It was fine for a one night stay - nothing more.
