Date of Stay: July, 2009

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. We didn't expect it to be as pleasant as it was. The rooms were clean and well stocked. There we dished in the kitchen to cook with (totally unexpected). Although this might not be a 5 star hotel, I would recommend it to any budget traveler who wants to save a little cash. I stayed in a suite in the same city last year amd besides the free breakfast I couldn't tell the difference. Well maybe in my pocketbook. I only paid half the price for this year's stay.

Location. Pillows/beds were awful! No hairdryers, very small TV. The beds were awful. When my son pulled back the covers to lay down there were several dead black roaches. No hairdryers, TV was extremely small. Just not happy with the room.

I used a Garmin GPS to get me to the Hotel, which was off by about 1/2 mile. You want to enter Governers House Road NW for the address. The wireless has a fee, but since I pre-paid online it was included. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by ( about 1 mile). The room was OK, but no shampoo, which caught me by surprise. TV is small, but that didn't matter since I was staying just one night. Overall I'd stay there again.

I'd like to take a couple of minutes to write a review. The hotel is right next to Hilton but the price is just half of that. The studio type of room is great. Free Hi-Fi from Hilton. Overall, this is a good hotel.

The hotel stay was decent. I liked having a little kitchen area to store things. The freezer smelled a little funny but looked to be clean. I didn't like that you have to pay extra to have someone come in and clean the room. I thought that was already included. It was only $3 but no one explained this.

We stayed overnight here.Staff was very friendly.Check in and out was very fast.The room had a apartment size refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, cabinets, and sink in kitchen.It would be a very nice motel to spend a couple of nights in.

Clean with small kitchen in room. The bed and pillows were very hard. Hotel was in a good location and the grounds and rooms were well kept and clean.

I like the location. The check out time should be 12:00 pm. Extended Stay in Huntsville, AL, is a great hotel to considering staying in while visiting the area. I definitely recommend it for people transitioning a move from another place to Huntsville.

Extended Stay America was spotlessly clean. Extended Stay America was spotlessly clean. The kitchen area was completely done in white and it was spotless; the kitchen was furnished with a small amount of dishes and pans (dishsoap not provided and cleaning the kithen is your responsibility). Even though all rooms were entered from outside doors, there is an elevator provided for the upper rooms.

Having the kitchenette and staying for an extended period of time was very helpful. The bathtub wasn't very clean. The soap that was used by the previous guest was clearly visible. Bring your own pillows, theirs are the worst I have ever had. The cleaning carts wake you up fairly early in the morning. That was bothersome for me on the days that I tried to sleep in. It was basically clean and in a very convenient location. The staff was very helpful whenever needed.

I like the fact that it had a kitchenette. It had all the things I needed for a comfortable stay for the little time I needed. I have no complaints. I think it is a good reasonable hotel. It has more staff then some of the high star hotels and that was great for me.

It is in a good location, has a kitchen, and the heat and air is more controllable than in most inns. The first room was not cleaned yet and the second had a bad TV remote. I appreciated a full kitchenette, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved being able to control the air/heat from a wall thermostat instead of a dial on the unit. This inn is probably top of the line for a 2 star inn.

Cleanliness. Poor location, removed from restruants and shopping. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. There were no restaurants nearby, except for a seafood place and it was removed from the main strips, but if you don't mind a 10 drive, not bad at all. The room was comfortable and clean.

Staff was friendly. Filthy! The room was reasonably clean, but the public areas (stairwells, floors, parking lot) were filthy. There was trash and cigarette butts everywhere-it looked like no one had cleaned these areas in months.

kitchenette with full size refrigerator for my medical supplies. I was on the third floor at the farthest end from the elevator because I asked to check in early. Excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling for business to the Huntsville, AL area.

I like the kitchen area it provides. That's a great experience for a traveler on a budget! Extended Stay Suite on Governors House Drive, in Huntsville, AL, is great. It has a kitchen, and when you're traveling on a budget, that's great because you can cook at the hotel and enjoy other things around town instead of spending on eating out. The hotel is accessible and easy find to find.
