Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. I had my dog along and I love that they are pet friendly. I was very impressed with how quiet it was in my room.I was in Toledo for a class and was the only student staying at this hotel. I am coming back in Aug. for a class and plan to stay here again. If this hotel had its own bar/lounge it would be the ultimate value but, Texas Roadhouse is right next door.

None. Charged extra 12 bucks for the stay. Not good.

I selected this hotel based on location and price. The location is OK, near major freeways and convenient to what i needed to do in Toledo, BUT: The hotel itself if not well cared for, and shows it. The furniture in the room was falling apart, and drain in the bathtub was very slow to drain, and the heating and cooling system was terrible. ( It would get too cold, the system would kick on, making it too hot. This cycle repeated over and over, and no amount of adjusting the controls would fix it. ) The bed was ROCK hard, and the pillows were awful. We woke up with back and neck pain. In addition, the hotel is near a rail road track and not one, but SEVEN freight trains went by between the hours of 4AM and 8 AM (On a Sunday morning no less.) Yes, the price per night is low, but there are several other properties near by that, while perhaps costing a bit more, are newer and perhaps better cared for. Look there first.

The room is very adorable. It is a studio room.I like the full kitchin, which makes me feell like home. The kitching area is very clean. The hot tub is good, too, although there is no free shampoo or lotion. The staff is ver helpful and polite. There is no swimming pool or exercise room, which disapoints me a little bit.The location is close to shopping mall, the kohls, petsco..The bes is okay but the AC might be a little noisy.

Large room, very comfortable bed. No hair dryer a surprise. Nice staff.

I liked the experience overall. The room was spacious and clean (since pets are allowed in this hotel, my room had a slight funky smell). More amenities needed such as dish soap, shampoo, and dryer. Hotel should change sheets/towels every 3 days instead of every 7 days as it is now. No-one is at the front desk early morning hours and the front door is locked as well during that time. The location was great with everything you need near you. They charge you 4.99 per stay to access the internet.

Friendly staff, clean. fresh room. Nothing. This is not the first time that we have stayed with the extended stay motels. This property is by far and away the nicest one we have stayed in.

It suited our need just fine. We found everything suitable. It was very clean. It was also quiet considering its location. We will not hesitate using this service again.

Like the kitchenand clean roomand nice staff. A bit difficult to find. A lot of dust in the arm chair that made me itch. Nice clean room and kitchen. Friendly staff. Just should not sit on the arm chair as there was a lot of dust that made me itch.

Clean and convenient. Nothing. Nice place, close to things we wanted to see.

Full size refrigerator in a separate kitchen area. Windows that open. No HGTV or food network. How'm I going to waste time? I like the ESA experience so much I'm kind of bummed anymore when I have to stay in a regular hotel room. This one is an especially good example of the chain: clean; well run; staff was helpful.

Good bed. Lightings. We just needed a place to stay. Good location and clean and safe.

Clean;new, spacious, providing all the right needs. I took the time to fill out the survey when I was unhappy with my last hotel stay in Toledo. I'll also share when I'm very happy, and I've already shared with many friends this great hotel stay. My only concern is their rating will jump, and I won't get a chance to stay there again. I liked the concept of this hotel; less frills outside the room, locked doors, and everything I needed inside my room.

Right off the exit. they did not have any complimentary shampoo or anything like that. You had to buy it for 2.00 for a little bottle. overall it was a great hotel. we were only there the one night. I like extended stay because they have a fridge, microwave, stove and most of the time an oven. It is very convenient for those who would prefer to do their own meals or warm up a snack. we really like them. the only thing is this particular hotel did not have any complimentary shampoo or soap. you had to buy it from a machine.
