I wish I had a good review but I don't. The first room, 231, had major issues. First, the door wouldn't close unless you slammed it shut. More importantly, I was bitten in four places by BED BUGS! Once reported, I was provided with a second room but the Cable TV connection was faulty. All the 'good' channels were fuzzy and the sports channels were clear and sharp. If I had to do it again, I would not have chosen this location.

Location. Condition, clientèle, beds. Economy hotel in southern Denver suburb convenient to I-25. Noticed multiple guests sitting outside their room drinking beer, beds uncomfortable and insufficient pillows. Burn marks in carpet, TV remote and light in room in op. I reviewed this two years ago, it is barely a one star property.

The room was clen and comfortable. I really liked having the kitchen. the staff was great. The location was incredible for the price. Great value. I will stay there again next year.

Close to downtown Denver. Bed was uncomfortable and only two pillows were available.

I was not very pleased with this hotel. The room did not smell good and I felt that it was dirty.

It is a very homey place to stay when you are constantly on the road. Nothing.

Friendly staff, Kitchen included Broken microwave, no shampoo, window facing the corridor. The hotel is ok. The staff there is friendly and helpful. But the facility is not good. For example the microwave is broken and had bad smell, the window is facing the corridor (if you open the curtain, everybody who walk pass by your room to their rooms can see what you are doing from the window), and there is no free breakfast.

The day staff. Sofa bed was not made and no room to move when open. The day staff was wonderful. Night staff was unsympathetic & short. Room was too small for a sofa bed to be used and desk has too little usable space.

Avail. of kitchenette a real plus... nothing comes to mind This was a hotel w/a very convenient location, reasonably quiet, and w/spacious rooms including a kitchenette

It had a kitchenette, The bed was firm. It was clean except the floor but I don't really expect that from many hotels. With the exception of the floor, I don't think there was anything that I didn't like.

Location was good andgrounds were clean. Uncomfortable bed, room was in poor condition and badly needed remodeling. Stay away from this hotel unless you just need a place to crash for the night or unless you are on a very tight budget. The location is good and the grounds are clean, but the mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. The room was clean, but was in poor condition.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Better breakfast and more coffee required. Overall, a nice place,I would recommend to others!

Location. No heat in bathroom, fan always came on when lights turned on, kept it cold. This is an affordable, comfortable, nice alternative to regular hotel rooms. The kitchenette saves you money by allowing you to bring your own food or just your leftovers. Since it is an extended stay, you do not get the noisy families or individuals who are just there for the night. The majority of the guests are very well mannered and considerate of other guests. This would also be ideal for families as it does allow someone in the kitchen, but there are no other kid-friendly activities.

I did not appreciate the smokers donwstairs! I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Greenwood Village very much. If I return to Denver I would like to stay there again. It is close to the rail station and offers a fairly quick trip to downtown Denver. The staff was very helpful, although some rookie staffers could not answer pertinent questions and did not make an effort to find an answer. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette very convenient. My only complaint is for the smoker downstairs; it seems smoking is still acceptable in Colorado. I prefer non-smoking facilities, or next time I'll request a unit away from smokers.

Friendly staff. Burnt out light bulbs, broken iron, dirty microwave. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was not very clean.

The staff was accommodating. It needs updating. It was ok. I stayed in roomand the amenities were good. It needed new carpet, the tub needed refinishing and the cabinets were not very clean. The icemaker didn't work and no one came to fix it as I was promised.

The lobby was clean. The room was filthy and not clean. Weird people hanging around. Not a very nice place. Dirty. I slept on my coat I was so afraid.

Low hard bed, cramped. Not a 2 star - 1 star with a little more room than average 1 star.
