Although the hotel is located in a difficult location to reach from the Highway, it was pleasant stay once we found the facility.

Reasonablecost via price line in that location. Smell in guest rooms, in elevator and hall way. No need to give deposit for the utensils in studio, some hotel does.

The sheets were very worn (stains, could see through them), the non-smoking room reeked of smoke, mold around the towel bar in shower, mold around the sink faucet, carpeting worn, air conditioning was off upon arrival, had to wait several hours before room was cool. The check-in desk clerk was not cordial at all. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The exterior and grounds of this esa were very well kept neat and tidy. Rooms were tidy, although the carpet was extremely stained and unappealing. Bath accomodation were very clean, kitchen was tidy as well but very limited in the selection of silverware not enough for more than one person. Would be nice to have had a small sample of dishwashing liquid. Bedding clean and crisp although beds a little hard. Overall a pleasant experience and would probably stay there again if needed. Shopping areas were reasonbly close and nice that the hotel provided directions of several locations for choices.

Cheap kitchen. Hotel staff was terrible they had me sit in the lobby until a room was ready because check in is at three the parking lot was empty however they didn't have a single room for me to go to soI sat in the lobby with my kids until it was ready at three.

It was close to home. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. This hotel was not in the best location. The staff was friendly. The only negative thing about this hotel were that the beds were extremely hard. I mean the floor was softer than the bed. So it was hard to get rest because I was not comfortable.

Laundry room. Location. Seems favored location of construction workers. Location is remote, so must have own vehicle or rent one. Clean enough, but no frills except Showtime on TV. Internet connection was cheap but poor quality.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Nothing comes to mind. The staff was courteous and helpful with any questions. The atmosphere was low stress and everyone seemed to be at ease.

Having a full size kitchen. There phones don't work, unable to receive phone calls. I have stayed in this hotel twice and both times the phone was unable to receive calls. With being on a business trip I missed a some important phone calls.

The location to where I was working. The telephone in my room did not work. If the owners would put a little effort in repair I feel this hotel could be placed into the two star rating.

Desk clerk was very accommodating, polite, courteous, etc. Common area carpets dirty; no glasses or coffee cups in room. Good for the price.

Nothing. The room smelled like cigarettes and there were broken down cars in the parking area. I will never stay at this hotel again. My family was disappointing at the service level and quality. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. My husband was accosted by drunken construction workers staying at the hotel who were working on a nearby project. There were wrecked cars in the parking lot. This hotel was far below the standards.

The staff was accommodating and more pleasant than at most expensive hotels I have been at. The carpets in the common area were quite dirty. Very much worth the price. Not luxurious or elegant, but quite adequate as a place to sleep and get ready for work. Iron and ironing board helpful. Bathroom a nice size. Staff members (especially Darlene and the young fellow from Africa) were particularly pleasant and helpful and (most importantly) not EVER condescending, as one often finds elsewhere.

I enjoyed the room space. I did not like the fact that it didn't have hot water. I have stayed at this hotel previously and found it to be reasonable, but during this last visit--they did not have any hot water and I could not take a hot shower. Furthermore, when I told the staff, they did not even try to compensate me. I had to take a cold shower before I went to a business meeting.

I like having refrigerator and stove. I like more choices, like more than one bathroom switch instead of light and vent with the same switch, or for water pressure. It was pretty decent for the star level, but I would have liked to have seen it a little cleaner.

Friendly people, room was clean and quiet. Nothing. Motel was located within a short distance from the location and churches, etc.
