The ESA in Frederick was very comfortable. The rooms were cozy. I love the fact that they are studio rooms, because having a kitchen in each room is awsome. This hotel is also so close to alot of shopping and my family who is from that area. We had a wonderful time.

The Kitchenette was great. Staff was helpful, but you had to ask. There was no swimming pool or exercise room. The reception area and hallways were narrow and uninviting. The room was plain, the TV was small and the bed was stiff. The kitchenette part was great and we cooked lots of food!

Low price. This was without a doubt THE smokiest non-smoking room every, anywhere. Low price, no frills, convenient location.

The staff Internet and phone cost to high.

The staff was very accommodating. This hotel is in a great location for business travelers -- close to everything in Frederick, but in a very quiet area. It has all the expected amenities, although there is a charge for wireless service in your room. The staff is very accommodating, but do not let them put you in a handicapped room. The shower heads in those rooms are in such a strange position and they cannot be moved that they are unusable. The little kitchen area offered not only a full sized refrigerator, but also a two-burner stove and a microwave. The kitchen was fairly well with utensils. The desk area could be larger, but it was adequate for a laptop. All in all, this hotel is a very good value in an excellent location.

Great place if you are on a budget, no need to eat out just stop at the grocery store. Pretty ordinary no extras. Would have enjoyed a pool. This hotel was nice for a weekend stay. We didn't get housekeeping since there was an extra charge, however we knew that up front. There was a spider in the room when we got there but we killed it and didn't see any others during our stay. Not a fancy place but a bed to sleep in and a kitchen to cook in. I would stay here again for a good price.

The kitchen area was very nice. The carpet in the hallway was dirty/old. Excellent value. Kitchen was useful but should have had dishwashing soap. Carpet in hall and hallway walls were a bit worn but the room was clean and well equipped as long as you bring your own toiletries and hair dryer

The staff was friendly and helpful. A bar of soap had been left on the top of the shower for quite some time. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I would return to this hotel on future visits and would recommend to others.

It was nice to have a kitchen. The check-in desk & front door are locked after 11pm. Presumably one can ring for service but I didn't try. This hotel is designed for extended stays as the name indicates. Therefore services are limited. There is no continental breakfast and room cleaning service is only, I believe, once per week, unless you pay for optional services. The room was clean and comfortable, and it included a kitchen with sink, microwave, fridge, and electric range. This isn't the choice for a romantic getaway, but it's good for business or leisure travel.

In room refrigerator/microwave. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Low end, well worn, bordered on seedy, but clean. No shampoos provided (surprise), or hairdryer. Dishes provided, but no soap provided to clean dishes.

Near major roads and restaurants. Did not call anytime to see if we needed anything. Even though there were no frills it was clean butI think the desk should have called at least once during our 3 day stay. They were very helpfull when I called for directions and let me have the room a little early.

Fridge and microwave were a luxury. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Very clean. Kitchenette was great for breakfast in your jammies. Loved having a refrigerator to keep milk and soda cold. Towels were big and fluffy. Mattress was very comfortable. The recliner was a nice touch. Great value.

Kitchen and recliner. There was a bad odor just as we came in the door of the room. It never went away, throughout the three nights of our stay, despite the staff spraying. This was a great place to live between settling on our old home and moving into our new home. The staff was very helpful when we needed anything - dish soap, air.
