The room was OK but not any where near great. I was there for three days and housekeeping did not come in one time, I did not like that. The bed was extremely hard.

We arrived late, and the staff was terrific and very accommodating. Could use some updating. We chose this hotel because we wanted to be close to Fort Jackson for our daughter's graduation. It was very convenient to Fort Jackson, shopping and highways. Walmart and Sam's Club are right next door. The desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The kitchenette was efficient and clean. Only suggestion is that they could use some updating.

Filthy rooms and very poor maintenance. Stained bathroom fixtures, stained carpets, peeling wall covers, dingy sheets, worn towels, cobwebs all over. Must have been dogs there, as we were awakened by barking very close by. Walls must be thin as paper, as we could hear other people talking all night. We decided this must be a "hot sheet" joint.

Location to Fort Jackson, Wal-Mart and the surrounding businesses and interstate. Tub was grimy (looks as if mat was taken out), internet problems, shower head was bad. Not impressed with this hotel, but it served my purpose.

Don't stay at this hotel. The rooms are dirty and ours had ants. I had to buy cleaner to be able to take a shower. We left some property in our room after we had checked out and was told the maid took it home and she might bring it back if we could have someone pick it up. We were completely appauled that this policy of theft holds up with their corporate office too. If you stay at any extended stay america make sure you don't leave anything in your room, you be basically leaving gifts for the maids.

The night staff so friendly and helpful. Shampoo, hairdryer and dish washing soap at front desk. Clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff, also included a small kitchen with supplies and regular fridge very helpful for a few days stay.Would prefer to have a few more regular items in the room, such as hair dryer, shampoo and dish washing soap. All available at the front desk.

Rooms not clean, spider webs everywhere. Too many loud dogs. Thin walls. Friends found a previous guest's ladies panties under bed. Leaky faucet dripped all night. Poor maintenance of facility.

Location to Fort Jackson. I was literally less than a mile for the base. Toilet problem for 2 days. The hotel was quiet and located near many shops and restaurants including a Wal-Mart superstore! Overall my stay was good. Only problem was my toilet didn't work properly for 2 days.

In general everything about the hotel. Didn't really find anything that I didn't like. My stay was pleasant. I would stay there again if ever to travel in that location again.

It was clean and the kitchen area was handy. The recliner was good to have. No fitness space for an extended stay location + wireless internet is extra cost. Hotel was acceptable, clean and in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. However, with it being an extended stay facility I was expecting a fitness room for keeping in shape when staying for a longer periods. Extra charges for use of Internet were an unexpected and not welcome surprise.

I had like everything about this hotel I stayed in because they was friendly and they was nice and they had a laundry faciltiy. I like everything. Like I said this hotel was nice and clean when I stayed there it had everything I wanted in a hotel I hope to stay there again in there near future.

The bed was exceptionally firm and comfortable, the most important aspect of a hotel room for me. There was not a printer, copier or fax available. Very good, no frills accommodations at a very good price, very convenient to Ft Jackson.

Clean, quiet and close to main highway and attractions. None. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was a great plus. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. There is not one thing that I could say bad about the hotel. I was very pleased with every aspect. The interstate was across from the hotel and you could barely hear any traffic noise from inside. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a quality stay at an affordable price.

The location was perfect for our trip to Fort Jackson. The staff was super and the room was clean. It was quiet, located adjacent to stores like Walmart, restaurants, etc. The only thing, when you get off the I-77 you have to go through what you think is the Walmart parking lot, but it's really a road around the strip mall, it was rather confusing.

Good freeway visibility. Too much freeway noise, no maid service. The room was never made up. Linens were never changed.

Very clean. I liked the full kitchen. I would have liked to have access to a Jacuzzi. It was very clean. The staff was friendly with no complications or problems at check-in. The full kitchen was good.

I liked that it was easy to find and very close to the highway. I did not like that we were given only one bed after we had asked for two, very inconvenient. The staff was not helpful and not very friendly. The hotel was satisfactory otherwise, it was clean, I do not think that it was a three star of above as I has specified, but I did not feel uncomfortable staying there.

The staff was very friendly and assistance was always immediate. The cleaning lady got sidetracked in the bathroom. There was a used washrag over the sower bar and water standing in the tub. ICK! Excellent accommodations for travel to Fort Jackson and convenience to shopping for last minute items made our stay both comfortable and relaxing. If you are a Fox News junkie, this is not the place, only CNN on the TV.

Inexpensive and very practical. Street noise was loud. Extended stay is great if you plan on staying a while. This location is right next to food, shopping, and the freeway. The street noise is pronounced and it does not make for a great romantic getaway. In addition, you may not fall in love with the soap or shampoo, so be sure to bring your own. If you would like to save money by shopping, etc this is a solid choice for you.
