Staff at front desk were rude and obnoxious. Really didn't understand how to rent rooms and couldn't answer questions. Some rooms are spiffed up with new TV's and thermostats, other rooms are very old and beat. Internet service sucks, very slow.

Overall, the stay was ok. There were hairs on the sheets, which made us skeptical about how clean the room was, and there was a minor smell about the room. But overall, it was ok, and the rate was decent.

Having a reclining chair. Paying for internet service. Great value for price paid. All the essentials as well as well equipped kitchenette.

The hotel is located in a nice area with lots of places to eat, shop, etc. Extended Stay is pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. Okay for one night, or if you are on a budget and need to stay somewhere for several nights, but don't have a lot of money to spend. Staff were pleasant and helpful. You need to ask for amenities, like coffee, shampoo, etc. They are available and cheerfully given, if you ask. There are no hairblowers in the bathrooms.

As a quick level of service from this hotel, there is no shampoo. They do have a little kitchenette, with dishes and silverware, a nearly full-size fridge, microwave, stove top and oven.

Has a small kitchen. Bed is not comfortable (full size, too soft). Only two standard pillow, not enough for two people. This place has no breakfast during weekend. You can cook in your room if you bring your food. Bed is too soft for me. My room is facing the highway, it is noisy in the night.

This is the second time we stayed at the Extended Stay America and were very disappointed with our room and service. When we arrived we were greeted by a group of very upset customers. The hotel clerk had become very frustrated so by the time she took care of us, we did not have the most pleasant person. The first night we were in our room we had someone trying to enter our room. Two minutes later the front office was contacting us to find out who we were and why we were in that room. Apparently they booked two different customers to the same room. I was not happy that we had to go to the front desk at that time of night to prove they had given us our room. We also had an issue with ants being everywhere in our room. The room I felt was not very clean, (sticky tables and counter top in the kitchen area). We travel to this area frequently and I don't think I will spend my money again at a place that is so disorganized and unfriendly.

The location and the room was in very good condition. The hotel was quiet. The parking lot was too small. The hotel was comfortable and easy to excess from any direction. The room was better than I expected. I was never asked if I needed anything. The front desk didn't brief me on room service procedures.

Quick check in and out. Handicap room no bath tub, phone and toilet out of order. The bathroom had a handicap tubI would of like to have had that info in advance. The shower was just a flat floor and the water ran all over the floor. The toilet was clogged and they saidI had to un clog it.

RIght off the high way. Smoking room was horrible. When I got home my pj smelled so bad from smoke, I could not even wear them again.

The hotel staff. Poorly equipped and being properly clean were an issue. Hotel is conveniently located and the hotel staff is friendly. However, in my one night stay, the bathroom had mold, the tub did not drain properly, the hotel staff could not locate batteries to change out the ones in my remote and heard 2 other guests have problems with bathrooms.

The hotel was clean and seemed safe. Small, horrible bed. This hotel was ok. The room was clean and safe. The bed was terrible! We did not sleep well. The room seemed to be either hot or cold. This was a very basic hotel.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. Not a place for children. For the price and the rating it was a good place to stay. Close to the interstate and plenty of places to eat and shop. Probably not a good place for children.

Very welcoming to our large party (for wedding). Only one pop machine, almost empty during whole stay. I've stayed at an Extended Stay before, but this one was a lot more comfortable than the last. Shower spout had slight leak, but nothing too horrible. It wasn't like I was expecting the Ritz. This hotel is great for people who want a decent and clean place to stay, and the availability of a kitchen in room. It's alsovery close tomany restaurants and stores. I would stay here again.
