We were in the area for the NCAA track meet. The hotel staff in the late afternoon/evening were not helpful. We found a roach in our room, we were able to move to another room, however the last night in the other room another roach was found. We had one glass in our room, asked if they had another, the staff was on the phone (talking to a friend) and told us they did not have any more glasses. Would never stay there again and we are not complainers!!!

I'm a motel owner myself from Eureka Springs and traveled to Springdale Arkansas for a short business trip. The plan was for overnight stay with possibility up to 3 nights so I wanted to find an affordable hotel with a kitchenette. This hotel was one of the least expensive on the list from Travelosity which sometimes concernes me because I know the kind of clients I would get at my own place when my rates were too low. I also saw 1 bad review someone wrote about the place. I remained open minded enough to call to inquire about availability. I spoke to the manager (John) and he was polite and extremely professional. I expressed my concern about the bad review I had read and he did a very good job reassuring me that what I read was in no way a valid reflection of his facility. He said unfortunately once someone writes a poor review it's difficult to get it removed. I was impressed enough to take a chance so I booked my stay. I arrived at the hotel and here are my thoughts about the property.... The location is very convenient to I-540 yet completely private and all to itsself unlike many hotels in this area. It's located between the interstate and a business area as opposed to being crammed in with all the traffic and lights on 412. Staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean. Bed was a king and very comfortable. Air conditioner was cool and I slept like a baby with no disturbances. At checkout time the manager asked me if I enjoyed my stay and I said absolutely. I was impressed with this hotel so decided to write this review. I am not affiliated with it in any way. I highly recommend it.

Clean, roomy, and kitchenette. No pool or exercise room. The hotel suited our needs very well - I would recommend it.

I have stayed at other ExtendedStays and was satisfied but this one was very disappointing. I stayed 2x for 2 wks in May in June and both visits were bad. Main complaint was room cleanliness and bad odors in rooms.

It appears this hotel was in cost saving mode. They wouldn't clean your room unless you stayed more than 3 nights - that means, no clean towels, no trash pickup, no attention at all. I had to get my own clean towels, more coffee, etc. It is located next to Hwy 540 so you hear the traffic from this freeway all night long.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Does not have hair dryers in rooms. Great location, close to several nice restaurants and right off main thoroughfare. Only 5 minutes to the U of A campus. Easy to get to and back on the road.

The room was simple but roomy. I'm always concerned with the smell of a room and I can definitely say this one smelled smoke-free. We just needed something quick to stay at after a ball game it was perfect for that.

It had a large refrigerator and cook top. Staff was not always readily available. Extended stay is great for a business traveler. For a leisure traveler, it was good since it had a large refrigerator, microwave and cook top. We have special dietary needs, so it was nice to be able to prepare some of our meals in the room.

I liked the kitchen so I could prepare meals there. Not a big lobby area. Good location, quiet even though by the freeway, adequate, loved the kitchen.

The room was large enough. Did not provide hair dryer, shampoo in room. You had to ask for it. This would not be a good place for a business traveler. No hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner in the room. This was a room with a kitchen and it did not have dish wash soap. Again you had to ask the front desk for it. The hotel did not plan on cleaning the room but once a week unless you pay extra.

Room was excellent; staff was friendly, courteous, and personable. I had a great stay and they made it fun. Nothing. My stay couldn't have better. The staff was fun, helpful, and made the 3 day visit very "homey." if every hotel and staff were this nice, I'd enjoy traveling on the PGA tour a lot more.

The convenience of a kitchenette was awesome. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the carpet was stained. Located directly off the interstate made for convenient travel to and from the hotel. Definitely designed more for the business traveler or construction crew industry. Would not consider bringing my family to this hotel.

Good for someone who wants the feel of home while you're away on a trip The side stairway and entryway were smoky and the floor needed sweeping I enjoyed staying here because I could focus on my work and prepare my meals in the room. I felt like it was a home away from home.

Value. Small lobby. A nice, clean hotel Good kitchen in the room. Very clean.

The price. The 20 chest hairs found on the bottom sheet, they had not been changed! Initially the hotel staff was not dressed appropriately and was not very attentive; however, I was pleased with the room initially. Then I came back to the room and pulled back the covers to find an unclean sheet with multiple chest hairs on it, it was gross! I've written the hotel and am awaiting for a reply.

All the extras in the room. The cleaning crew walking in on me at 10:00 am before check out. they did not even knock. I stay at a lot of ESA in AR and TN and they are like a small apartment. They have all I need in every room.
