We arrived at 11PM and found that we had to carry our luggage quite a distance from parking to to the elevator. The room and refrigerator were clean. However, the microwave was quite dirty. There were the usual amenities of soap and towels. However, wee were not given shampoo or hot cups for coffee. The receptionist was very pleasant. the location to the highway was good.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was small, the drawer was old; chipped, and one drawer was broken. The back entrance's glass pane window was cracked. I've stayed at another Extended Stay, and it was a lot bigger, and better kept than this one. Minor repairs should be made on the room before renting them out.

Room was clean and has everything you need. Nice kitchenette and bathroom. Difficult to find from the airport though if you don't know exactly where you are going! Have your milk etc etc when you arrive if its at night because you can't get anything there or very close by. Service desk was closed when we got there but after ringing a bell we were curteously helped. Worth the money and would stay again.

Room was filthy, bed was disgusting, towels were stained, wouldn't send a prisoner here to stay overnight. Run, don't walk away from this nightmare. Sleep in your car!

Stayed for about a month on business;with weekly rate was about 370/week (all-inclusive except laundry with weekly maid service, full fridge, 2 burner stovetop, microwave and a few pots/dishes/glasses/cutlery). Cleanliness suffered due to some ongoing construction, otherwise would have rated higher. A few restaurants in other hotels nearby, otherwise nothing within walking distance. Bus stop 1 block away, thruway onramp 3 blocks away, downtown casual 15-20 min commute most mornings by car. Staff friendly and attentive. Did not travel with pet but noticed that pets were allowed. Wi-fi of so-so speed, requires annoying daily login. Cable choices a tad sports-heavy for my taste but acceptable. Rarely heard noise from nearby rooms, occasionally from hallway if passersby particularly loud.

Requested non smoking room. There were ash all over the bedding. Reasonable for the money. Great location.

This was the first time I stayed at this location. I was staying overnight for work and got in late. Although the lobby was fine the room was terrible. The place was so dirty that I sleep in my clothes. The bed was discussing. Unfortunately it was very late at night and I had to get up early the next morning so I couldn't change rooms or hotels which would have been my preference.

The hotel was as promised. Short drive from Syracuse airport. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Small plumbing problem that was quickly and quietly taken care of. The maintenance staff also followed up later that day to ensure that everything was still working correctly.

The Extended Stay was a not what I expected. The staff was friendly but the room was a disapointment to us. It smelled from cigarette smoke and there were no non-smoking rooms available. We left the windows open day and night and this did not help. There was a red stain on the carpet next to our bed. We had to exchange out towels daily at the front desk. Maid service was only available at an additional charge. The kitchen area was adequate, but there was no dishwasher and no diswashing liquid to clean the dishes. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The bathroom was small but clean upon our arrival. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms had a weird smell and did not have double beds. The hotel itself was great but as I was traveling with a group of 3, it made it difficult for us to room together because the hotel does not have double beds. It worked out OK as I was given my own room for no extra charge, however I was not able to stay in the same room as those I was traveling with.

Although I found the staff at this hotel to be quite kind and warm, It did not make up for the lackof cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel was just down right dirty ---and the beds were old and worn and full of "bugs" . they had not covered the mattresses and they were absolutely stained and jut not suitable for anyone except maybe the health dept. to see.

The hotel needs a face lift or make over especially in the hallways. The carpet in the public areas have come to the end of its life, and was not clean. The stairway was not clean either.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. It's in a great location, everything has always been clean and the staff has always been friendly.

I've always been quite pleased with Extended Stays hotel and have had good experiences at this hotel before. When I stayed there last Wednesday, the room had broken furnishings, a broken heater, and broken TV.

The customer service was excellent and I mean it was excellent! From the time I walked in until I left I was impressed by how attentive and helpful the people were.

Quiet. Convenient location. Nicely equipped kitchen. Just the basics; no amenities. This is a good choice for the business traveler who wants to save money by having the option of preparing food in the room. The rooms are relatively small so would not be suited to a party larger than 2. Fine for overnight travelers but due to the lack of amenities and the utilitarian nature of the furnishings, I would not want to vacation there.

The staff was quite nice. Having a kitchen area was a plus. Only had single bed rooms. They were reconstructing the entire place. The hotel was in shambles from renovations that made it almost impossible to use. There were no rooms with more than one bed available.

It was more thanI expected. Great size room plus the economy room had a kitchen that I was able to make meals for myself in my room! Not only did I save money by not eating out every meal, but it made my stay that much more comfortable.

Location and price. Full of smoke despite request for non-smoking. The rooms were full of acrid smoke and the evacuation at 1am was very badly handled. Night clerk just ignored people in need of assistance and gave no update before fire service arrived. Very unfriendly front desk staff.
