I was very surprised to find a full size refrigerator with a micro wave and electric stove. This was very convenient. The beds were not the best, but that being said, I would stay at an Extended Stay Motel again.

It was good price for the quality. They advertise full appliances, but there was not oven in the room, only a stove top. It was fine, pretty much what expected.

Promised one rate for a month - rate increased (three days before check-in) by 15%. Informed of internet 'monthly fee' upon check-in. Most lights did not work. Front desk staff not very customer focused - (weren't there, did not answer phone, etc.). Notified of 'no service' (i.e., cleaning, bed linen changes, garbage removal) several days post check-in after previously contracted rate had already been raised by 15%.

Stayed for 3 nights with my son. The room was simple. Nothing upscale here. Nevertheless, the room was clean and well maintained. There was a stain on the vinyl kitchen floor, but it hardly ruined my stay. The furniture is a bit dated. I loved the full kitchen. I get tired of eating out. For the money it was just fine -- simple and clean. No luxury items here, though.

The room was very uncomfortable and the room had no towels or was I provided w/any shampoo. It was very drab. Everything was white and the bed and recliner was extremely uncormfortable. For claiming to be an extended stay it sure didnt provide the atmosphere to stay there. I would not want to spend any extended time at the extended stay in rockford. Horrible staff and hotel.

Location was right off the freeway. Someone whistling loudly and vacuuming the room next to us at 8 am on a Sunday.

FIRST, we were given a smoiking room despite request for non-smoking months before. Terrible terrible smell, very uncomfortable breathing. SECOND, the TV was erratic, hazy, works briefly when you move the antenna, but really bad and outdated TV. THIRD, the bathroom sink was clogged, the sink trap handle was missing. No maintenance personnel for the weekend, so live with it or fix it yourself. (Thank goodness the front desk clerk used a plunger next evening to partially solve the problem and changed the antenna cord but TV reception still was bad.) FOURTH, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and groaned when you moved.(like being in an old run down ship about to sink) FIFTH, the bedroom furnitures are old, outdated, chipped. It was such an uncomfortable weekend, and we dreaded going back to the hotel at the end of each day. We've stayed in dozens of ES hotels, and this was the worst. A card for a free night cannot erase the bad experience nor make you look forward to staying again in this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and find the kitchen small but a savings over eating every meal out. I have always been treated very well by the staff. It is comfortable and quiet. Wireless internet is very helpful to me.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. The room was clean and served our needs. We were hoping there was a pool and there was not one. The coffee maker and coffee was great. We were disappointed as there were no convenience items, such as shampoo and I didn't bring any.

It was not very clean. Overall, this is a budget stay. It's semi-comfortable, and an OK place. it has the bare necessities, but nothing else. It would be nice if they replaced some basic things, fixtures, beds, etc. The rooms are nice sizes, ours smelled of smoke, even though we requested non smoking.

It was convenient and it's the hotel I always used when I visited Grand Rapids. The fact that it allowed pets. Our room had a strange odor. There was no shampoo available. We used the same Extended Stay hotel chain for four nights in two different locations and thought both places were not real clean and had unusual odors. The pets? My parents ordered a non-smoking room in GR and the first room they were given was extremely smoky but they were immediately transferred to another room.

Room had a bad smell. I have stayed at this particular chain in the past and have been happy with them. I'm not sure as to why this particular unit was less than I've experienced in the past.

Location was great. The beds where really bad the floor was better. The hotel was clean but was in the old part and the beds where really bad, I stayed last year in new part and the beds where better, not sure I would stay here again next year when I come to this convention again.

The desk staff was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. aetting to this hotel is an adventure - it is easily visable from all directions, but the secret to getting there (and the only way) is driving through the mall parking lot. The front desk said everyone has this trouble.

The hotel was clean and the room was very clean. The beds were horrible, the top of the dresser was more comfortable. The hotel was in a good location but the beds were uncomfortable. We did not sleep well because the mattress was so hard that you could not get comfortable.

Location. It is older and needs updating. This hotel has an entire floor dedicated to smoking that stinks up much of the hotel. Smoking should not be allowed at any hotel/motel. The rooms are clean enough, but they are outdated and need to be brought up to the same level as other hotels in this chain.

Paper thin walls, very loud refrigerator. Staff very accommodating, rooms clean, walls paper thin, refrigerator very loud. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Smoke alarm missing from ceiling.
