Great location, very clean. Only two pillows for two people, needed four.

I stayed here for almost a month in May 2007 when I first moved to Providence before I rented an apartment. 1.) The location is great. some of the finest seafood restaurants in Providence. Room was clean and safe. Parking area was safe. Staffi was great. I had a lot of luggage and valuables to bring in the room since I was moving. Doors to the building were not automatic - I could have used a hand trying to get the rolling luggage cart through by myself. Laundry room was great - very clean and fast. Internet service was fast and reliable. I had to pay extra, but not unreasonable cost. Full size stove and fridge and all plates, pots, pans, silverware etc. Housekeeping cleans once per week and changes sheets. You can pick up fresh towels as often as you like - coffee packs too. 3.)This chain has a couple more locations here.

I think a hotel catering to the professional should have FREE internet, not pay per day access. That said, this hotel is fine, clean, and hospitable. It is fairly no-frills. The room layout, ensuring handicap access, makes for some weird angles as the bathroom door comes close to the kitchen's "el". The staff is very nice, even if you come in late or accidentally lock yourself out. That is very important. The location is convenient to Seekonk & East Providence, but the view of 195 is not that exciting... :-)

To me everything was great. Nothing really. only problem is, on the available rooms have 1bed. Sometimes we need 2 beds. If there is a way of bidding for 2 beds, I think that will be great. The receptionist was great this time around again. Bravo, excellent for the great job done.

The Extended Stay America was extremely clean, comfortable and very close to downtown Providence. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although I only stayed one night, it is a great place to stay for a longer trip as the room was equipped with a desk, a table, a chari, a queen size bed, and an economy kitchen. I was very happy with my stay there.

Kitchen was fully equipped and room was spotless. The customer service was most accommodating and super friendly. I will definitely be back!

Room has a kitchen and refrigerator. No restaurant or bar. Great for extended stays. Save money by eating in.

I was pleasantly surprised. The lady at the reception was very friendly and polite, the room wasn't big, but was very clean. The small kitchenette was equipped with all I needed - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, toaster, pots, plates, cutlery... This is no fancy place, so don't expect a restaurant or extra amenities (like pool or fitness center), and Internet access will cost you extra. But if you want a clean and comfortable place to stay for several days, and save on eating out - this is the best deal ever. And it's only 10-min drive to downtown Providence.

The staff, they go beyond their duties to make you happy! The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The best hotel I stayed at this year! The staff was wonderful can't say enough!

The way the temperature control was for the heater/air conditioner. Somewhat confusing directions to the hotel.

It was close to our daughter who just had a baby. We really liked the kitchen. We had trouble with the key after a strenuous day. It didn't work twice, however the staff was excellent fixing it. This is a convenient location with the amenities needed to live in a home away from home.

Room. The night staff was unaware if how to do her job, there were people climbing in and out of windows. The hotel itself wasn't bad but they should have better night staff, (we arrived at 11pm) in the even like we experienced - there was a party with young people going on, they were loud, climbing in and out of windows. In other hotels, they sometimes add $10, but only if it's packed - this was dead. The front desk night person needs to be better educated at to her job.

Convenient. Being wakened at 2 AM by noisy love-making; poor soundproofing. It is a residence hotel, small suites. Great for extended stay business. No lobby, no amenities (restaurant, fitness room, etc.), but lots of nearby restaurants and stores.

It was like a studio apt with a kitchen and the extended stay feature. Nothing bad stands out. Good for short or extended stay.

Kitchen facilities. For the money and 2-stars, it was just fine, very clean, comfotable, and friendly staff -- definitely no frills, but for many travelers, that works well.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating! Did not come with breakfast included.
