Typical Extended Stay America. The room was very clean but the dishes were not perfect. It was a really good place to get a quiet night's sleep before an early morning flight out of Dulles

The girl that checked us in was very warm in welcoming us. Everything was a bit worn.

Lobby of the hotel- Carpet was very stained and looked dirty.Room looked OKAsked for non-smoking when we went into the room the window was left open and I thought it smelled slightly like someone had smoked there.Next morning we left early after taking showers, when we got back the room had not been cleaned, the dirty towels had not been picked up and we had no clean towels left. I will not stay there again. I was very disappointed.

It was clean and comfortable. There were no facilities such as indoor pool or gym. This hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and responsible. It was good experience to stay at the hotel.

Front desk the most friendly & helpful of any place I've ever stayed. Didn't have a free breakfast. Clean, comfortable room and bath with full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and toaster plus the friendliest and most helpful front desk staff of any motel I have ever stayed at. Wish I could have stayed for more than one night.

Location. A/c was broken w/no attempt to correct by front desk. I arrived at my room and the room was very hot. I turned on the a/c and layer down in bed. I layer there sweating because the room was hot and the a/c was not cooling the room. I did not sleep due to the temperature and lack of a/c. I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out in the morning and they acted like it was not a concern to them and did not offer to correct it in any way. I travel about 4 days a week for my profession and spend as much time in hotels as I do my own home. This was one of the worst rooms I have ever had. Working in the customer service industry, I expect good customer service and was sadly mistaken by the actions of the front desk. I understand that there are problems sometimes, but there should be an attempt to fix them, and that was not the case.

It was ok type hotel. Front desk response. Good for economy class Business traveler.

The kitchenette was nice. The bedding was not clean. The extended stay America hotel has the basics and a nice kitchenette. Unfortunately, I could not get any sleep because I felt itchy in the bed. The room had a no smoking sign but one of the pillow covers had what appeared to be cigarette burns. I checked in at midnight and checked out at around 7am. My expectations were not met.

Good price, good location. Accommodations very basic. This hotel is exactly what you might expect - no frills, and showing its age a bit. However it is in an excellent location close to Dulles Airport (with shopping and restaurants within walking distance), and you won't find a cheaper option anywhere in this Northern Virginia area, where some rooms are triple the price. The kitchenettes are a nice feature too if you're staying for several days. Overall a good value.

Front desk service. This is a good economy class hotel, good for economy traveler. Conveniently located, close to shopping complex like Target, Costco, Starbucks etc.

Bed was clean. The hotel staff is trained room floor dirty. This location has always been a problem. The staff are either rude or have no clue on how to help. I had made my reservation and tried to check in to hotel an hour later. It took an hour to check in! The night staff was rude and said he could not locate my reservation and to come back in 2 hours. We debate for a bit and I leave and come back shortly there after. I wonder if others have experienced problems with this location.

It was really convenient to Dulles Airport. They did not do wakeup calls. Overall, it's not a bad place. It's an extended stay hotel, meaning the guest is expected to be somewhat self-sufficient. Since I was only staying there for one night. If you want to be able to cook meals yourself in the room, then this is a great option. However, do not expect 5-star service at a 1-star hotel. You'll be horribly disappointed

Nothing. Hotel was dirty and very noisy. We arrived at the hotel at approx 1am. They had security bars/plastic window closed at the check-in counter. Lobby carpet and walls were stained/dirty. The room was ok; no personal products were available, such as shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer. Had to complain 2-3 times to management about the loud music coming from adjoining room. After non-compliance of turning volume down on music, I had to call the police. This was not a pleasant experience. I will not stay at this hotel or any other ESA hotels.

Lovely hotel and very spacious washing facilities Very close to the airport but no airport pick up. Excellent hotel. please consider airport pick-up facility to cater for senior persons and business travelers

Refurnishing. Difficult to find with directions, dirty hallways. The newly refurnished rooms help a lot. just clean the lobby and halls. this was the cleanness ESA room I have been in.

Price. Bed was hard, dogs barking in hallway, man with clipboard knocked on door and he opened right away, I didn't even have time to get to the door. Security door latch didn't work.

Price and close to the airport. Worn and going fast. Very basic, charge for Internet, you do not feel safe, Spartan accommodations, no ongoing repairs, people sitting outside drinking, the Marriott next door was really looking good. Please do not use this facility.

Nice location and Friendly Staff. None. I have recommended this hotel to about 10 other already.

Helpful staff. Less amenities compared to other hotels. As long as staying solo, it won't bother you.
