The staff was very friendly. If you need clean towels you need to bring your dirty ones to the lobby to have some fresh ones... The location of the hotel is not great because you will need to drive to reach the closest beach.

The price. The carpet was sticky, the door didn't lock, they don't have housekeeping. The room was extremely small, the carpet was sticky, they don't have room service, we had to go down and get our own towels (and take the dirty ones down). The adjoining door did not lock and our last night some teenage girls tried to get in our room at 2am. The continental breakfast was pitiful, It consisted of small off brand muffins, bagels and cereal. The whole place had a very strange smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked only one night at this hotel because decided to extend our trip to Destin. We had been staying a nicer hotel, which was only about 15 to 20 dollars more than this one. Apparently though that means something because we went from an adorable room with a comfortable bed and a flat screen tv to a mess. The room was smoking, even though we booked non. When we told them this they offered us a room they were in the process of cleaning. It smelled even worse-- like 3 or 4 bags of garbage still in it from the spring breakers before us. So we stuck it out with the smoking room. The bed spread was hideous on top of being a really weird nylon fabric. The bed was springy and uncomfortable. I went to get a glass out of the cabinet for water and decided against it because the glass smelled just... dirty, mildewy or something. Good: The staff was nice about everything and the pool area is really cute and surrounded by trees (although the pool was pretty small). You're also really close to everything but there aren't really traffic noises or anything like that.

The Staff was great! The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was a short distance from a number of beaches (Miramar was the closest about 5 min). The pool was wonderful.I even had a chance one night to sit and talk with Fay the hotel manager and her husband who were out by the pool. There such a nice atmosphere at this hotel. I would stay there again and I would recomend you give it a try.

When I went to check in, the first room I was given was not ready so, I went back to the front desk and told them and I was given another room and that room wasnt ready yet. Again I went to the front desk and then I was given a room that was ready for me to unpack and unwind in. The lady at the front desk, [...], was very helpful and curtious about the whole thing. She did not get frustrated or anything like that when I came back telling of how the rooms were not ready. She was very helpful the whole time I was there. I had a great time and enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Nothing. Mold, broken furniture, late cheap 60's or earlier 70's decor. This hotel was completely out of the way of anything, had mold hard to breath in the room so thick of mold smell could not breath, moved to a different room same issue, that was only one thing, stove was broke, freezer dirty room dirty, bathroom was old and not well kept, furniture was absolutely horrid, did not even want to attempt to sit on, beds completely uncomfortable, hard and mattress was damaged on both beds springs coming out it was awful, roaches in hallway. Office staff not available at night, leaves at 9 pm. Key did not open door on daily basis always had to get a new one. Will never stay at this hotel chain ever.

we first of all don't go by the pictures you see for this hotel...it looked nothing liked the pictures online....it was very tiny and horrilbly decorated...smelled like bug spray....bed was soooo uncomfy....and to top this off we had bed bug bites all over us the next day!!Also as much as you pay for this you should get room service everyday no matter how long you stay!!It's so hard to keep your hotel organized and enjoy your vacation too!!my advice don't waste your time and money here!!!!!

the stay was ok, but the room that i was put in it still had a garbage can full of trash, and the fridge had old milk and old sodas in there.

Hotel was close to main road in Destin which allowed for easy travel. The hotel is really basic. It's a drive to the beach, which we expected. But the room was a studio type room, which we did not expect. And the room was very damp/humid. The floor wasn't vacuumed well but the bedding seemed clean. It was good for an inexpensive short weekend trip. I couldn't have stayed longer than 2 nights.

This was an unexpected trip to attend a funeral. I was not interested in the beach or other activities and wanted a reasonable priced place to sleep. I found it here. Conveniently located in a shopping area just off the main highway 98. The staff was very friendly, even upgraded my room at no charge when they found out I wanted non-smoking and had been reserved a smoking room. Everything was clean. Room had a complete kitchenette. Mattress was not the best I have ever had but I slept fine. They have a complimentary continental breakfast but it is sparse. Bagels, cereal mostly. Compared to what some of the other funeral attendees paid, this was a bargain. Parking ample and convenient.

I travel most weeks and stay at many hotels/motels. This was the worst property I've stayed in, for the money, in two decades. Air conditioner was not in good repair. Front grill blew off at 3:00AM with a bang. Reported it to the front desk and nothing was done during my two day stay. Bed sagged like the one in my college dorm room 30 years ago and may be of the same vintage. No ice bucket, had to use a pot from the kitchenette. One dirty plastic glass in the cabinet. No alarm clock. Free breakfast not available until 8:00AM. View from room...backend of a carwash and dumpster. Bathroom as large as the glovebox in a car, could not turn around.

We stayed at this hotel over the Labor Day '07 weekend. I found a deal through Travelocity. The hotel looks very new, and the room was great! We got a studio room with a king. It came with a mini kitchen including a stove. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I accidently left a pillow in the room, and they are mailing it to me free of charge. If you don't care about staying on the beach in Destin, then this is definately the way to go!

found the hotel to offer a good value compared to other rates in the area. hotel was very clean and kept up. staff was friendly and personable. liked having a full kitchen and laundry facilities. did not take advantage of breakfast available. would have liked it to be available before 8 am. the rooms were small, perfect for 2 adults and child. would not recommend 4 adults in room if in need of comfort. if you plan to make use of the kitchenette in rooms, suggest bringing paper towels, trash bags, paper plates, etc and maybe dish detergent. very close to public beaches and shopping. i liked that we were able to check in early and get started on our vacation.

Overall the hotel was a very nice place to stay, relatively close to the beach and all of the shopping. We were surprised to find that all of the rooms have a kitchenette, very nice. It was very nice for the money.

Location. Noisy. The first room we were provided looked like someone had just woken up from an all-night bender and might have still been in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and asked if they were sure no one was actually living in the room. We were then provided another room, and while much cleaner, it was located in the middle of everything - we heard everything! Clanging, people talking, phones ringing, babies, doors, televisions, what sounded like a day laborer laboring away. Very, very noisy. The bed was very uncomfortable, but otherwise the room itself was comfortably furnished. The pool was heated and felt very nice. We met our goal of staying one night in Destin, so we were pleased.
