Economic, clean, comfortable, good location,I love the kitchen and its appliances, we love the soap (almond). Everything is really good. Its really nice, you got more for your money.

The location and space of the rooms. I have no complaints. I enjoyed my stay and probably will be back.

I have stayed at several of these hotels scattered throughout the US. But I will not return to this one. The entire hotel smells like curry! It reeks! If you stay here, make sure that your room is not near the 'trash room.' It's marked from the hallway. I couldn't pass by without almost hurling. The front desk closes early and no one is on duty. There is no security outside the hotel.

Nothing the evening staff specially the girl was rude, and incentive Nothing never again I would use the service! My kid and I got there like about 10.30 am , the receptionist was nice even though she give me a room with one bed, I told her that my reservation was for 2 queen beds. So we where move to another room that smell like dead animal, move to another which the recliner was broken. The lady said she will remove the recliner from the room did not happen, then we came back to find out the TV wasn't working.

Nothing. Rust in elevators, paint peeling in restrooms, see-through sheets, etc.

It was quiet. It was a little rundown (burn holes in sheet, bedspread); charge for internet.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet. Would have been nice to have breakfast service. A quiet clean place. Service was good and friendly.

Location. Phone call from front desk at 11:30pm. Hotels clean, but extremely small. 8" TV only had Spanish stations and Showtime that cut in and out during movies. Towels hard. Flimsy furniture.

Good parking. Room carpet was dirty and spotted, and room and entire hotel smelled of strong cigarette smoke. This hotel should not be a 2 star hotel. The entire hotel was in need of a good cleaning, especially the carpets. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. The attending clerk was not attentive and was curt and unwelcoming. The vent in the bathroom gave off this shrieking noise all the time that it was on. The TV is too small for the room, and the channels are too few (30 total).

Clean and full kitchen. The office person was not there in the morning when we checked out at 7 a.m. Located near IH-35 just minutes from the American-Mexican border. Near to the shopping mall, restaurants and groceries store. Set far enough away from the frontage road to avoid street noise. Would be ideal for that long-term occupant or family with a furnished kitchen and full-size refrigerator.

There was nothingI liked about this hotel. It was dirty, we got a room that someone had just left from, and there was a bad order in the entire hotel, there was a night club in the next building. We were not satisfied at all with this hotel. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk when we finally found someone we got checked in to a dirty room the bed was not made there was dirty napkins on the table. They put us in a larger room that was non smoking but it still smelled like a smoking room. The entire hotel had a bad order. It felt like we were staying in a one star hotel. There was a night club in the next building and you could here the loud music. I couldn't sleep all night I was afraid that my car would be stolen. It was also very hard to get to.

Workstation, large size room. Stained carpet, would not let me check in earlier than 3pm. First staff member was pitiful. Large carpet stains. Room was very spacious, bathroom very clean. Nice kitchen and wonderful workstation. TV channel selection was less than spectacular.

The location and extremely friendly. It's a great hotel because of it's location is near restaurants, malls, grocery stores and more. The rooms have small kitchens which if very convenient if you want to save money. The employees are extremely friendly and very helpful. We were disappointed in that we saw roaches in both rooms. We advised them that they need to exterminate. One room had fresh blood stains on the sheets. They changed them as soon as we told them. Over all, it's a good hotel.

I did not get killed in my sleep. I almost got killed in my sleep. It lacks in both quantity and quality. It reminds me of the time I sought shelter after the great quake of 94 and the great flood of 97, because anything is better than nothing, and this is an embarrassing example of shelter.

It was nice to have a kitchen. There was no pool or gym or hot tub. Very nice and new looking. Great location for us. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very good for the economical price. The check-in clerk was disorganized. Our room had not been cleaned. This hotel was exactly as I expected, as I have stayed at extended stay hotels in the past. The facilities provided (kitchen, utensils, etc.) are a great feature for the economical price of these properties. However, the desk clerk seemed disorganized, as she put us in a room that had not been cleaned. The housekeeper who was near our room was quick to solve the problem and move us to a room that was clean. She immediately returned with new room keys, and was very apologetic.

Rooms had all the necessary amenities. In a non-smoking room, I could smell smoke come in through the vents. It's ok, convenient location, just off the freeway and visible from freeway. It just smelled of old carpet.
Date of Stay:

The price was good and it reflected the value received. Very loud music from a nearby club from 10pm-2am. This hotel is ok. Clean and the location is fine. Hard bed though and loud music from a nearby club made sleeping difficult from 10pm-2am. Probably would not be so bad if you don't stay in the backside rooms (I35 side). Good points - furnished kitchen, nice shower and walking distance to malls, etc. I would stay there again but would request a room on the front side of the building.

The price and that it has a little kitchen with refrigerator and stove and everything you need to cook. They don't clean your room daily. The hotel is near every store you may need and a block away from the freeway. Everyone is extremely nice. We have stayed for a few days and cooked our meals because the rooms come with a complete kitchen. For the price, you can't really expect them to clean the rooms daily, but you can get clean towels if you request it.

Kitchen in room. Too many contruction or truck driver types. This hotel was set up for the long term business person. People who had to stay in Laredo for weeks at a time and that is mostly who was staying at the hotel.
