Couldn't find the Hotel because it was in a hidden location. I called them asking for directions and not only did he give me the wrong directions it seemed like I bothered him with the call. The Utensils and the drawer they were in were dirty and greasy. We weren't informed of the Amenities but we WERE informed that if we needed more towels we would have to bring our existing towels to the front desk for an exchange, also the cleaning staff would Not be in to clean our rooms.

Clean, friendly, easy to find, inexpensive. Weird smell in the rooms - smoke. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, but there is a funny smell. If you are looking for inexpensive and pretty good then this is the place to stay. There's also food within walking distance.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently on a trip to Boston. The hotel was not fancy, but quite sufficient for our needs. The kitchenette was very nice to have, as we heated up a few meals in our room. The room and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and willing to offer restaurant suggestions anytime we asked. As others have said, if you are coming from the south it is hard to get to the entrance, but other than that we didn't have any complaints.

Hotel was convenient and price was acceptable. I was disappointed to be put into a smoking room with specificially requesting such. There were no other rooms available at check-in and so we were forced to say in the smoking room for the duration. Also there was a nominal fee for wireless Internet access. Just silly.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is excellent. I cant think of anything thatI did not like about this hotel. The Extended Stay is an excellent hotel to stay at. I find that the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. I have stayed here several times and its always a wonderful stay.

"the pleople were nice, hard place to get to, had to figure out how to get to other side of road. close to salem, had a good time"

The hotel was great for the price, however it smelled like smoke in the room and hallway. The location was right off the highway, making it easy to find. We went there to visit historic and Salem and it was about a 10 min drive away.

Liked kitchen. Terrible mattress and pillows. Very budget conscious hotel. Walls are very thin, can hear everything from other areas of hotel.

We went to do a scuba diving trip for two days in Cape Ann. Hotel is nothing special suits the purpose basically for sleeping. Microwave and kitchenet is convenient but we ate out. Rooms were not very clean neither was the hotel

Room was not very clean when we arrived- I had to wipe coffee rings off the nightstands, and wipe down the refrigerator door. The coffee maker had not been cleaned, and the old grounds were still in it. The hotel is older but had updated paint and carpet and nice furniture, however the heater/AC had been broken away from the wall where it was attached, which I reported to the front desk. I would have thought someone on the housekeeping staff would notice that. No dishwashing soap was supplied which I had assumed would be there in an extended stay hotel. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, but that is the only positive thing I can say.

Everything. I can't think of anythingI didn't like. The hotel staff was friendly as soon asI checked in and they were very helpful. I had two nights of restful and peaceful sleep and the room was clean and cozy.

The overall experience at the Extended Stay Danvers was very good. The room and facilities were better than adequate. We use a lot of ice. The staff quickly saw to it that we had adequate ice trays for our stay and threw in a bag of ice to start us out. Affordable restaurants with good food were in walking distance. The most important service the staff performed for us was their use of the computer. We wanted directions to various sites and they printed off written directions for all of them. Good directions in this part of the country are like precious stones in value. The staff was also always cheerful and friendly.

I liked the fact the room had a kitchen. The reason for my low rating was the constant smell of smoke. This is a very nice hotel except for fact they need to control their non smoking rooms. Even the rooms that were non smoking reeked of stale smoke and the one I was in must have been close to a smoking one because periodically the smell was so strong I ended up with my windows open most of the time, even the temperatures were well below freezing the entire time I was there.

Extended Stay Danvers was a good choice for me for a short stay. Reasonably priced and decent room. Full kitchen facility was not used but would be a real asset for longer stays. Iron was already in-room. A couple of small points, the kitchen garbage can was over-full when I arrived and was never emptied. Plumbing noises from the upper floor were a bit annoying.

The staff was very helpful and nice. One of the cabinet doors was broken. If I was staying for a long period this could have been a problem. Everything was great except the cabinet door and they do not provide shampoo anymore.

Extended Stay Danvers is conveniently located, and was easy to check into. The room was clean and comfortable, though I couldn't watch the Red Sox game due to the limited offerings on the hotel TV. )-: Overall -- a decent place to stay.

Location, kitchen andprice. Really needs to be cleaned. Hotel is reallyconvenient for me. It really needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. I don't mind cleaning before I use things. Behind the bathroom door, was a months worth of black hairs.

Location, price, kitchen, staff. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, towels were not changed though not used but smelled of smoke, need new pillows cleaned bed spreads. Okay for short period of time, location is great.

Location andkitchen facilities. Smelled like cigarette smoke!Dirty, had to wash everything before I used it. Outside of the hotel needs to be cleaned up. Lots of trash especially at the side doors. Security lock on side door was broken. Drapes, old towels, rug, pillows and bed spread all smelled like cigarette smoke. All my close stunk when I got home. I don't smoke!

Clean, efficient, and affordable. Tricky figuring out how to get there from route 1 northbound.
