The Extended Stay America has a great loaction right off I-271. Thats about the only great thing about the hotel. Everything else is just average. The rooms are efficiencies with a kitchenette. There is nothing remarkable about the room or the property itself. Not alot to do onsight. No pool, no workout room, no restarants, etc. Thats the way ESA are designed.

I really enjoyed my time in Cleveland, I got to see the sites and spend time to myself. I did have to travel downtown, which took 30 minutes. There was some confusion as I thought my hotel was close to the Lake but it was not. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I really enjoyed the fact that is was quiet. I didn't get daily turn down service. Over all the hotel was great. I got a lot more thanI thoughtI would for whatI paid. The location was excellent soI didn't have to travel far for anything.

The convience of a kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook. Lobby apperance, odor in hall/room This room was okay for a short stay. The kitchen was great and convient. I would not suggest this room for a romantic getaway.

Location was near highway. Staff acted like they do not care what goes on. My stay was almost like staying at a friends house. I spend most of the time getting my own towels (housekeeping forgot to come to my room 3 of the 5 weeks there & we had to remind them) and asking neighboring rooms to please quiet down at midnight.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and professional. I was a little disappointed about the towel service, since I was only there for 2 days. Overall, I thought it was an excellent price for the type of room. The staff was great and it was conventiently located. I was pleased with the kitchen amenities I would definitely come back the next time. I'm in Ohio. I'll look to stay at this same hotel in other states too. I would recommend this to others also. I have never checked in or out of a hotel so fast. The service was fabulous.

The location from my brother-in-laws home, it was very close. It could have been cleaner. The hotel served the purpose but I will not stay in it again. The room could have been cleaner. It was also dirty around the bathroom sink.

Good location andhelpful staff. Strong smoking smell in the hallway (3rd floor). Considering the price range, the hotel is in a good location with a good quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. But sometimes I saw the guests were smoking in front of the hallway window and keeping the strong cigarette smell there. That's the only negative point about the hotel.

Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Overall the hotel was a one star. If the beds and pillows were improved the hotel could definitely raise itself to a 2 or 2.5 star hotel. The kitchen was VERY nice and very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Convenient location.

Great location. Housekeeping not bad, but could have been better. This is a great hotel to stay at if you're staying for more than one night, or traveling on a tight budget. It has a kitchenette with a mid-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, & cook top. It's located right off the highway and is short driving distance to shopping, attractions, etc.

Clean and well appointed. Bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. The hotel is easy to get to and the staff is friendly. Several restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. The rooms are nice, and have a small stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and assorted dishes and pans. An ironing board was also in the room and offers High Speed Wireless Internet access. Would be a great hotel for the Business Traveler! Our only complaint with our room was the beds mattress was quite stiff and during the night we found it to be uncomfortable.

Close to destination. Only one vending area, no change machines. Very convenient, in a good neighborhood, close to shopping and highway. Very friendly staff upon arrival.

It was clean and had a kitchen even thoughI didn't have time to use it. It was a little bit farther away from Cleveland thanI would have liked. Overall, this hotel was nice.
