We arrived late at night and discovered that there was no shampoo, conditioner nor hair dryer provided. When I checked the next a.m. the office person told me shampoo was in the vending mchine. They expect that since people are staying a long time they will bring their own supplies. Considering TSA regulations, this is a bit difficult for me to understand. It was for $2. for one shampoo which was barely enough for 2 people. There were no services provided except for a $5.00 fee. We went to get more towels from the front desk as we would have had to pay for them to be delivered or the room trash disposal.

Good lighting in the parking lot. Fries in the hallway looked like a hospital.

Near my destination and many nearby stores and restaurants.

The desk attendant was out to lunch at 10 pm. When we arrived. Old, no amenities.

Great place for the money. Nothing. Was really impressed considering the price. Great place, clean and a friendly staff. Location was in a great, clean area as well.

Handy shuttle service. Bad gym. Beautiful hotel. Nice room. Friendly employees. Loved the shuttle but wish the service went later than 11:00 pm. Too bad the fitness center was so horrible - everything was falling apart.

I like the amenities. Did not have a hair dryer. I thought it was a great place to stay. I did like the complementary tooth brush and tooth paste. However I was disappointed, there wasn't a hair dryer in the room.

Location and friendly staff. No hairdryer, no pool or hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised the room was as nice as it was. Now days we don't travel with a hairdryer so really missed that. Pool, hot tub or at least an exercise room would have been nice.

Easy access to rooms, sonic next door, close to highway, comfortable bed. Hotel staff was friendly and room was clean. Shower head needed to be replaced. Bed was very comfortable. Piece of duck table holding the counter edge in place. Had to call on the phone to gain access to lobby after hours, but I guess that was for security. Over all good experience

Good value for money, close to restaurants and stores Some long-term guests seem like pretty shady characters. Great location - convenient to Bryant Irvin Rd and IH-820; next door to a Sonic burger stand, a barbecue joint, and a short drive to many dining options.

Close to my destinations and economical. Nothing. Economical, friendly, clean, comfortable.

Quiet. Dump. Could be accurately described as a 1 star hotel. It is relatively clean. The office staff seemed very confused.

Nothing. Lights did not work in the room - missing firm alarm. The hotel had lamps that did not work and missing firm alarm in the room.

The location was excellent. It was near restaurants and the mall. It was so cold and there was no one available to repair the system. This hotel is for business travelers or families on a tight budget.

Price was good, location was excellent, staff was friendly. Insects, grubby feel of room, noise level was too high. Would not stay at this hotel if I did not have to, especially with all the great competition nearby.

Front desk staff was very nice at check-in. Rooms are not private. Could hear yelling in other rooms, etc. If you need a place for sleep only - this is it. The walls are thin so you can hear all the conversations of other guests plus the folks that stayed there when we did were not there for vacation. Just passing through - this is perfect. Need a long-term hotel room on the cheap? Yes, this is the place for you. Want a quiet night's sleep? Find another location with better beds and less noise.

Price. We were on vacation and this hotel had no swimming pool. The hotel was a no frills hotel. The room was clean but nothing to write home about. The price was good but we would like to have had a swimming pool since we were on vacation. The location was great since it was close to where my daughter lives and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The location was excellent. The bed was not comfortable. For the price and the location this hotel is great for shopping in the Hulen area. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat, though and you could smell cigarette smoke in the elevator and hallways.

Price. The room was a bit worn. For the price and convenience I have stayed several times.

Clean. No shampoo, thin cheap towels. NA.
