One of the lowest priced extended stays, but that comes with a cost. Everytime we stay at an Extended Stay America, there are groups of guys hanging around the front door smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages.

Very clean. Hotel was very clean; front desk staff was very courteous. Great value. Loved having the little kitchenette in the room.

Beds are rock hard.Have to exchange dirty/wet towels, washcloths at front desk for clean ones. One lame bar of soap in the bathroom. No top sheet in the rock hard bed.Pillows are pitiful and smell.Best thing about this hotel was seeing it in my rear view mirror the morning of checkout.

Nothing at all. Inability to breathe in the room. Broken TV and more. I was placed in a smoking room that even a smoker could not breathe in. The room was intolerable even with all of the windows open and AC on. Hotel staff Friday said they had no other room. I left in the middle of the night as I could not breathe at all. In the second room it was also so appalling though I was so tired I pulled the sheets over my head to filter some of the smoke. In the morning I found burned fireworks in the room, the TV had burn marks on it and did not work at all! At best one should vent and deodorize the room.

upon arrival we had to pay another 75 for our dog. in-room coffee was provided for only the 1st of our 4 day stay, and was provided for a fee after that. new towels cost 5 per day. hotel was out of dish soap for the kitchens. staff was rude and inconsiderate.

The room was clean, quiet, and kitchenette was nice to have. Alittle hard to figure out how to get to (have to turn a couple times off main road). The manager at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was fairly well equipped, but a few small additions (salt, pepper, napkins) would be handy (they may be available at the front desk, but we didn't ask). Overall we had a very nice stay and would return.

All around good stay. Pillows were too big, oversize, anduncomfortable. ESA Hotels are very consistent from location to location, I have always been pleased with their rooms. Nothing beats being able to cook in your room if you're on a budget, not to mention having a full size fridge.

Refrigerator, stove, sink. Smelled good. Cluttered. I liked that it was a little studio, but not good if traveling with little ones, as there was no quiet room for his sleeping.

The hotel i was in was clean and the management was nice and helpful. I really appreciated the service everyone made me feel welcome.

Comfortable and homey. Internet service is too slow, not recommended for business functions. Budget friendly yet comfortable.

Staff. Staff is great, very helpful. Hotel is near restaurants and other commercial places.

It was convenient to all the places visited. There was an strong stall odor in the room that I couldn't get out even with windows open all day. Full kitchen, dining table, large bathroom, desk and chair, iron and ironing board, TV, and comfortable bed, perfect for me.

Kitchen and proximity to commercial area. The wireless internet is not good enough for high data downloads, like video streaming. Nice for a 2 star hotel.

I love that this hotel has a kitchenette, which gives it a homey feel. Nothing. When I first checked into the room, I had a few problems. But once Thomas, the manager, found out about the problems I was having, he immediately fixed it. Very nice and helpful manager! Very appreciated.

Not clean, and beds were terrible. Was not happy with this hotel. First room I received was not cleaned. So was the next room, had a broken toilet. Third room, for which the employee did go up and check in person prior to sending me up, was fine. But bed was uncomfortable and pillows were nearly non existent.

I like the kitchenette since I stay for a week (s) at a time. This is the first time for me in a new market, but the past 3 stays where all the same in the Schaumburg, IL area. For 3 of the first 4 weeks I stayed at 2 Extended Stay America (1 week each) and 2 weeks at a HomStead Suites. They all met my expectations.

Price. Location (difficult to find in night, please put more bright signs on the road, especially Roselle). Not bad facilities, good for business travelers, neither far nor near to the Schaumberg business and shopping district - just moderate hotel.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
With kitchen, but we don't need it. No double beds and can't exchange room, no extra bed or comforter in hand. Extra cost for internet. The front desk said: No room exchange, cause the wedding season.(what a lie). Then we asked for extra bed, he said, the all the extra beds were broken or damaged. (Can you believe that). So we asked, can we have one more bed sheet and comforter? He said: I'm washing them, you can pick them up 3 hours later. So we did. No shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer in bathroom.

Friendly staff. Very strong smell of smoke in room and hotel. The hotel was okay for the money but our room smelled very badly of smoke (we had to buy a candle).
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
Convenient price and good location. The room reeked of smoke and the front desk staff didn't care much about that concern. Good location near all of the big companies in the area. Front desk staffwas responsive but not polite. The room reeked of smoke.
