Great stay when we need anything extra it was no problem. The full kitchen was extra nice.

Convenient. The mattresses were too hard the TV's were too small. This hotel was very convenient and somewhat clean.

I've stayed here three times- once on the way to Wisconsin (when it was the only hotel that wasn't booked) and twice for events at the nearby Three Floyds brewery. Every time I stayed, the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are somewhat plain but clean- and having a kitchenette is a big bonus for me. I agree with the reviewer who said there's a smell of smoke near the non-smoking rooms. Fortunately, the smell wasn't IN the non-smoking room, so didn't bother me. I did not feel unsafe there- and to my knowledge, no cars have ever been broken into while I was there. (I'm always in a car with Alabama plates, but have always emerged unscathed.) This is by no means a five star hotel- but for a clean, comfortable room, I am happy to stay here again. (And I intend to next year for my return to Three Floyds.)

Our car was broken into twice during our stay. Bands of smash and grab thiefs roam the area. The hotel desk and security doesn't seem to care. The front desk was unmanned most of the time. This place has a positively dangerous feel. We have out of state license plates and were definitely targeted. Besides uncaring staff, cigarette smoke permeates air near non-smoking room. We checked out two day early, despite pre-paying.

Nothing to do but stay in your room.

It could smell cigarette smoke in the room which was unappealing.

ESA - Lansing, was what I expected and maybe a bit less. For a weeklong stay, I got microwave, coffee, fridge etc. Nice stuff on the road. What I didnt get was my room serviced. Had 2 lights that did not work, TV was marginal at best. Room gave me an uneasy dirty feeling about it. Location was not real bad, but I did worry about my rental car surviving the nights. This place is in need of a serious makeover. I expect after it goes under, the new owners will address this!

The hotel is clean and the locationis good. There are restaurant and store very near including River Oaks Mall. Clean and in good location.

Nothing. Dirty. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. The refrigerator was so dirty. The bed was not comfortable by any means. They did not have a ice machine and the refrigerator was so dirty I did not trust the ice there.

Convenient to shopping, restaurants, interstate highway. Dishes were not fully clean, had to take own linens to office at stay end. This was a fine hotel for inexpensive and short stay. The bed was fine. There was no shampoo provided. The lock was difficult to operate on the door. No noise problems.

The location was great. Room 312 had a very nasty mattress. This hotel needs to make sure the mattress are clean and new.

Roomy. It was hot in the room, smoky for a non smoke room, stunk bad, TV did not come in. I would not recommend this room to my worst enemy, the customer service personal had no clue what they were doing, besides helping their friends. I felt unsafe, they need to tear down this hotel.

Everything was provided. Home away from home. Could not get two beds. The hotel was nice and comfortable. Wish I could have gotten two beds so my guest and I would not have had to sleep in the same bed.

Nice comfortable rooms, price & friendly, helpful staff. No pool. The hotel may not look fancy, but it is a nice, comfortable place. The rooms are comfortable and clean and offer some amenities that most hotels do not. While this hotel does not have a swimming pool, it does offer guests free access to a Bally's fitness where you can workout or swim. The rooms also offer a mini-kitchen, including a range, microwave, fridge/freezer and plates/cups/forks/knives/spoons.

Kitchenette. Funny smell. Overall, a nice place to stay with good parking.

Courteous, helpful staff. Hated the mattress. My rating of this hotel would have been very different had it had a mattress that I could tolerate. I did not stay the second night of my stay because of the mattress.

Nice for the star rating. No internet service. It is well located in a quiet environment and affordable for an average person.

The kitchenette was plus. I had to go to the desk clerk for clean towels and coffee because my stay was less than 7 days.

I liked the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the neatness and cleanliness of the sheets. Also the hotel overall was very nice and clean. There wasn't anything about Extended Stay that I didn't like. Extended Stay is a very cozy hotel. The name Extended Stay fits the experience you can and will have there. There is a kitchen area for those who need to stay for a long period of time and may have to cook for family. Also if you have snacks and food with you there is also refrigerator.

Friendly staff. Dirty floors, dirty sink, bad smell. My room was extremely filthy (hair on the floor/sink, smelled stale, and toilet in the other room was broken. My traveling partner and I were very pressed for time and unable to notify the front desk until the next morning, where the nice young lady offered an apology.
