All rooms were accessible within the hotel. Extended Stay America, the front desk person was not there that was very inconvenient. Over all the hotel was very nice and quite. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

My room rate was raised by * dollars apon checking in. Each time I left the motel my key to get back in would become deactivated. There were fire alarms that would go off almost every night. They charge for internet access and it is not even that good. THere is no pool and to top everything else off the staff is very rude. I would never consider staying here again.

The beds. Smelled like smoke, hallways needed better maintenance.

On a long-term stay, which this hotel is supposedly designed for, the room rate changes frequently and without notice. Staff is rude and you have to check your bill every week to make certain you are being charged correctly. Staff actually complains when the hotel is too full and management will fight with customer over pre-negotiated corporate room rates. Even corporate customers staying for many months will pay * per month for an efficiency ""suite""

I liked the location and it was clean. I thought the bed was too hard and the air conditioner was noisy. I liked the idea of being able to utilize the cooking facilities.

It was comfortable and very nice. Nothing. The hotel was a very nice. I would like to stay there again some time in the future. The room was nice and had a lot of room. I really enjoyed my get a way.

Clean and quiet. Nothing. Clean and quiet. Just 30 seconds from Greenbriar mall.

excellent bed-very firm. Kitchenette was great, too. No pool, no fitness center, not easy to find. Very clean room with a fine quality, firm bed. Doesn't offer breakfast, pool or fitness center. Hotel is clean and staff adequate.

Clean & modern. Neighbor was noisy one night. Clean, with new appliances, new bedding and like new finish overall.

It was really a nice place and the folks were great! It needed more lamp type lights in a couple of places in the room instead of the ceiling lights.

Room was excellent. Phone. Hotel is clean with very friendly staff members. Hotel location is excellent for people on business trip but would not recommend for families with small children. Very close probity to pretty much everything, example; restaurants, shopping, highway and etc.

They gave us one that not made up, 1 room lock did not work. We find got a room on the 3rd try. Once we got a room, the room itself was clean and nice.

Friendly staff. Outstanding, will stay there again.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. It was my secondstay here---the staff was friendly, the room on both stays looked new, they were clean and they smelled fresh.

The hotel was fairly new. The hotel was managed very poorly, I was checked in and sent to my room before it was cleaned. I feel that this hotel has some potential, but it seemed as if we were living in chaos for a short while. The rooms weren't clean, the staff (for the most part)were not friendly, check in took a lot longer than expected, and the room keys kept going out. If they continue as they are, in 5 years this hotel may even loose a star.

Much nicer than other extended stay hotels I've stayed in--upgraded kitchen and bath. The room wasn't the cleanest room I ever stayed in. Very attractive hotel. The room had granite countertops--very nice looking. Spacious room, the air conditioning worked very well, the elevator was great (most extended type hotels we've stayed in don't have elevators!), and the fitness room was a great plus.

The rooms were newly remodeled. The telephone in the room did not work. I thought the hotel and room itself looked good as it was newly remodeled. My problems with the hotel are as follows: When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the lobby was full of people waiting for assistance & the front desk was unattended. When the clerk finally showed up she stated she & the manager had to clean rooms because of staffing problems. Once we checked in, the room looked clean, but the bathroom smelled like urine because the toilet was unflushed. Lastly, the telephone in our room did not work at all. We reported it & the staff and they found an old outdated telephone (pre-remodel) to use, which did work. I think the hotel's biggest problem is that it is poorly managed.

Very clean, spacious, has a kitchen and great location. Very little bathroom essentials, have to pay for cleaning and extra towels. Very good stay. Spacious room, clean and newer building. Great location in Chesapeake. You have to pay extra for a room cleaning or for extra towels. Lotions, toothpaste and other bathroom essentials(besides soap) have to be bought at vending machine.
