Large rooms. Old cars in lot made it seem like a sleazy hotel and the TV was garbage. The hotel was nice and while it is located in a strange place its general location was very nice. Close to diners and the mall. The room was nice all except for the TV.

I stay in quite a few hotels here & there...and we stay CHEAP...I mean CHEAP. We picked here just for convience...and we picked wrong. Plus we forked out more money than we usually do...thats why I am so disappointed. We check in, get to our room and (this is my husband's complaint) there was no remote for the TV. Go to the front desk- end up exchanging two diffrent remotes- none of which worked. They even asked us to program one of the remotes... Ask for extra pillows- as there are only two pillows for a queen bed. "We don't have any pillows- how about a comforter you can scrunch up and put under your pillows?" So, no pillows. The fire alarm goes off in the whole building. For about 15 minutes, all we heard was a blaring noise - everyone evacuates- and nothing happens. Finally the sirens turn off and no fire truck- no apology for the inconvienence- just a "head back to your rooms please". We have never complained or written a negative thing on a hotel- but we felt like we should with this one. We not only paid more than we usually do, but we got a really bad deal here. For goodness sake, there was no hair dryer, bad service, a blaring siren that sent everyone out of their room, no remote control, couldn't get extra pillows, the room stayed damp with the a/c, and the "non smoking room" smelled like it was smoked in right before we walked in

I changed motels from days inn downtown to here for a better and secure location. What i found was this, there is nothing secure about your stay here, first off i wasn't here for even 5 days, and my motorcylce trailer and motorcycle was stolen. After going to the front desk when i arrived here back from my job downtown and first discovered i had been robbed, i asked if the motel had my trailer towed. The first thing out of the nigs mouth came we are not responsible, i wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't an inside job, since i have yet to recieve so much as a sympathy call from the manager . It's a good thing i have insurance , if i didnt i sure as hell wouldn't get any help from these people.I would never stay her again and i advise you not to also, the police needed direction's to even get here, what a joke. They don't have a security camara here ,probably on purpose so that they can steal anything you have and not have to worry about getting caught. The commode seat was broke and as i write this it still is broke, the only thing that concerns them is your money. Do yourself a favor and stay downtown at a motel where they at least have a security camara, and the thing i find most interesting is , that no one at a big sorry as motel like this didn't see anything, go figure. I am here on a one month lease but if they would discontinue that i would be more than happy to leave this hell hole.

Adequate. Needs a lot of updating. While the hotel was adequite for my needs, it felt very outdated, and there are better priced places closer to prominent areas for cheaper.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Not typical of youR Extended Stay Hotels. The location was in a very bad location and was very difficult to find. The rooms were very small and the beds were twin size only. If you are over 5 foot tall this bed is not for you. If you stay here you will regret it. The service is awful as with all Extended Stays. I suggest to find another hotel as there are many others that are much better for the same price.

It was affordable. Bed was hard and there were ants everywhere. When we checked in it was late, we carried everything in and woke up the next morning and had ants everywhere all over our clothes, all in a box of cereal that was closed I went down stairs and they had bug spray handy to give to me they didn’t offer to go up and spray the next day the same thing but since we threw away the cereal they were just all over the stove so I cleaned them off tried to use the stove to cook noodles for breakfast being we had no more cereal and the stove didn’t work, when I went to get my clothes out of the drawer I had ants everywhere all over them, I went back downstairs and they moved us to a new room the managers reply was well we get ants this time of year you should see our break room. Like that makes us feel any better, the staff was very nice but the hotel was horrible.

Reasonable price, clean, comfortable and staff's friendliness. No complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hairblower. This hotel is good for student traveller because the price and quality is good. However, please do not forget to bring your personal items for cleaning, such as toothbrush, shampoo etc.

The kitchen. The room smelled funny & had small beds. The double beds are VERY small. Rooms aren't large but will work for a small family. I loved having kitchen in the room. The hotel itself isn't easy to get to even though you can see if from Hwy 153. They don't really have many facilities there and was only there for one night. Wi-Fi is free even though it doesn't say so. This place would work pretty well for an extended stay in Chattanooga.

It was very easy to find and convenient to many of the places we visited in the area. The staff was aloof and simply had me sign the paperwork. I spotted a few ants and there were a few broken items in the room. However, for what I needed it was perfect. The staff needs to be refreshed in customer service. Other than that, I would stay at this location again.

The price. The air conditioner did not blow well - was cold but did not circulate well. The room was basic. Needed updating. The floor (carpet & tile) was worn and stained. The internet was very slow. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The shower was warm and had good water pressure.

The staff was so nice and extremely helpful. No shampoo in rooms. This hotel provides a list of places you may want to go such as entertainment, food, even grocery stores. All with #'s and locations. They are eager to please the guest. I asked for a place to get shampoo as it was not in the room and they provided me with a bottle. Their guests usually bring their own as they are there on business for weeks at the time. It would be a wonderful place to stay if you only need to cook, shower, and sleep. No extra activities here for the kids.
