Kitchen. Strong odor in room. From 1st floor, was a bit noisy with people coming and going up to the 2nd floor. Decent kitchen. Worth the $30 per night, but had to pay for room upgrade to get non-smoking, and was still an strange odor in the room.

We needed a hotel to stay in to meet friends at a UT football game. This hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi internet was available at a one time fee (4.99). No bed is comfortable for me, so I wouldn't hold my rating on the bed against them. The recliner listed in their amenities had been replaced with a chair and ottoman. The kitchenette was nice and was even stocked with a few dishes and pots and pans. I recommend this hotel unless you want extra fancy. Cleanliness is my top priority and this one was the best.

The room smelled like smoke, ash tray was in the room and the mattress was very hard.

Wife and I stayed for 13 days while house hunting in Tellico Village. 50 rebate swung us. Very noisy, rooms small, bed was so so. Friendly staff was helpful. Don't think we will do this one again

Location, price, cleanliness. The air conditioner was loud all night.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and eager to serve. The room was clean and comfortable. My only criticism was that the room was small for 2 people (especially the bathroom).

Staff friendliness. Light switches did not work properly, could hear neighbors.

I was in Knoxville on business travel and chose this hotel because it was under my per diem limits and because my previous experiences at Extended Stay Hotels have been positive. The room looked like a very cheap budget motel that had a hot plate added in for good measure. The rooms are very noisy, between the proximity to the highway and the loud guests yelling until the early morning. Do yourself a favor?if you have to be in Knoxville, spend a few dollars more and stay someplace nicer.

It's close proximity to the highway and restaurants. It was small, cramped, and not updated. Nothing wrong with it. Felt safe, people were friendly, room had not been updated in decades but it was clean and functional. We were only there for one night but I would stay there again.

Rooms were all moldy. I would have been better off stayingat Motel 6. Tried to switch rooms, but all were moldy. I don't care how inexpensive the hotel is, it's too old and dingy.

Nothing, absolutely nothing! Everything. This hotel is worthless. The standard room are barely big enough for one person, let alone two, and there is a charge to upgrade to an adequate room. The rooms are dreary and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient. The facilities were a little run down.

No continental breakfast and they charge a one time $5 fee for Internet. You have a stove top and a full refrigerator so you can save some money by not eating out so much.

It was clean. They provided no shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer for a 1-night stay. This hotel was priced well-above other area economy hotels, but provided no complementary shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer or breakfast.

The mini-kitchen was nice, especially if you're staying for a while. Only legitimate complaint is the drain in the bathtub was really slow.

Nothing. We did not even stay, wasted our money. Old, wrong size beds, wasted our money id not stay.

Everything was fantastic. I didn't like that I had to leave. Great location just west of Knoxville. Friendly and clean. No traffic problems at all. Fantastic all around.

Have stayed before and easy access to interstate. There is no shampoo in the bathroom. I love staying here and have done so many times. I normally bring everything I need and this last time, I forgot my shampoo and conditioner. The hotel doesn't supply them in the room. Other than that, I will continue to stay here. I love it for my business and leisure travel.

It is very good for longer stays.

Clean and close to interstate. Did not have two double beds in any of rooms.
