Close to Interstate 65 and main roads heading in all directions.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Not that clean.

The gal at the front desk was cheery and helpful. The accomodations were hardly 3 star. The room layout was not at all what was shown on the internet. The door jam was broken, the toilet ran all night and the sink dripped. Maintenance could be improved. Probably would not stay there again. Only for a reduction in price. Not at all worth the price.

Best thing about this hotel is where it is located. Brentwood is an upscale suburb of Nashville. Very highend housing market. Was supprised to find an affordable hotel in this city. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Very convenient to highways and to downtown Nashville in less then 30 minutes. From the outside the hotel is very neat and clean with pretty grounds. We stayed with two dogs and had plenty of areas to go walking them. Of course, for a moderate price in such a nice neighborhood there has to be a downside. The downside is the rooms. We stayed in both a Queen room and then a King and the King was much better, not just because of the llarger and better bed. There was a lot more room and the furnishings were a bit newer. Kitchen facilities were basic, fridge, two burner stove, sink and microwave, no oven. A table that can sit two. Furnishings are very basic and not new. The photos you see at Extended Stay on line and even in the photos at the hotel (one in the laundry room) look nothing like what you are going to get at the hotel. Basically, if you want a hotel that will not cost you a lot but is in a good neighborhood, than this is it. If you are looking for even anything above the basics, pay more and go elsewhere. We stayed for a month while looking to relocate to Nashville.

The Extended Stay was very comfortable and had all of the appliances that were needed for the length of time that we had to be there. I loved the kitchen. The air conditioner was a bit chilly but that really was not a bad thing. There was a problem with the TV, but the staff took care of it immediately. It was conveniently located to where we need to go, to groceries stores, and shopping centers, and the Cool Springs Mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would also stay there again.

Excellent handicapped room at very reasonable rate. Not enough handicapped ramps from parking lot to sidewalk. This facility is a gem existing in a very pricey suburb of Nashville. Plain, simple accommodations with excellent handicapped rooms.

Room did not smell fresh. Windows very hard to open. Kitchen had basic equipment and was very old and worm. Bedspread cheap as were the sheets Rug worn Landscaping was excellent-should have spent less money there and more inside.

Bathroom not the cleanest in the world, could use better supervision of housekeeping. It was clean enough not really dirty but showing it's age and could use better in the edges and corners cleaning. Linens and towels very nice and no problems with them nor the bed. Refrigerator had a noise that would keep you awake if it ran all the time. There was old food in the refrigerator, evidently left by a prior occupant. This should have been discarded by housekeeping.

Friendliness of staff, and kitchenette. Smallness of room. A stop over in Nashville and a base for exploring. Staff was very helpful, kitchenette a great help, but very small room, outside corridors, very little extra. Good shopping nearby.

When we arrived the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room wasn't so great. It was clean, but tiny. The kitchen appliances were old and below standard. Our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The pictures make it look like a hotel, but it's a motel with outdoor hallways. We stayed on the third floor and there were no elevators, we carried our luggage up the flights of stairs in the snow. The room is described as "oversized studio suites" with a "large work desk" but this was not the case when we arrived. The wireless internet came with an extra fee. It was definitely not the best deal for our money. Still, the staff was very courteous and check in and check out were very fast.

Rude staff, no desire to serve customer needs, room needed repairs and stank. No perks, room smelled stale and smoky though non-smoking, no shampoo, no maid service, trash cans in stairwells full, hard mattress, broken toaster was fire hazard, constant drip in sink, shower curtain fells on you in shower and everything in bathroom gets wet, absolutely no room upgrades allowed, only one coffee service provided, and door keys not working meant trip to office and waiting on staff to come to room and reprogram door. Staff could care less about customer service. The only nice thing was that the location was quiet.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The exhaust fan didn't work and fogged up the whole room. Overall I was really pleased. Price, location to downtown, and the staff, all excellent. The only complaint was the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work which fogged up the room. However, this wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't take extremely long hot showers with the door open.

Quite pleasantly surprised. The rooms we stayed in had apparently just been redone-new carpet, paint, bedspreads, etc. Was very clean and an amazing value for the price. Would stay there again.

It filled a need. Not clean, no change of towels in a five day stay. The hotel was pretty dirty. No fresh towels. As always, we were placed at the 3rd (highest) floor with no elevator.

"Hotel was dirty. They have a policy if you pay extra per day they promise to change tour towel and make your bed. I did pay it, they have done it ony 1 day , I did pay for 4 days. TV remote was not working. I took me 3 days to get a remote. Some channel was not workin I told them first day, they come to my room .He told me they will be able to fix it next day. I have stayed there 5 nights ,they did nit fix it. Terrible place."

Good price and accessible to freeway. Room was not very clean and was not vacuumed.

Nothing. Office was a dump, sink & tub would not drain, stains on sheets. This hotel was more like a ghetto motel. The room has not been updated in at least 20 years. The tub leaked into the kitchen when taking a show. The sink bathroom sink took 30 min to drain after shaving. The bed sheets had stains on them. If it wouldn't of been midnight when we arrived, we would of definitely went somewhere else. This hotel is a dump, avoid at all cost.
